Funny, was just talking this scenario over with my son on the ride back from his little brothers football game. Harbaugh would put Goff on the right track and, most importantly for me, would bring 9er week back twice a year. The build up to defeat the 9ers at home was non existent leading up to opening day. Give me a guy that wants to be a winner and can instill belief in his crew and has an ax to grind. He'd be the perfect fit.
What I saw on HK this past month was four episodes of 7-9 BS. Like the last episode where Britt is seen tooling around in the buggy Fish told them not to goof around in a few episodes before when they crashed it. Ya, real discipline going on there. The play on the field last night looked very similar. Fish may have guys that like him, but they sure as hell aren't playing for him. I'm done with Fish and barring a 180 reversal with playoff wins, that belief isn't coming back (because that's not happening). He's done. The look on his face last night was abject failure and I don't see that guy leading anyone out of this. "I know what I'm doing". No Fish, I don't believe you do. Time for the next batter up, and I'd sure like to have Jim at the head of this crew.
