We know this because we know Snisher had a losing record with Bradford as a starter (he didn't move the needle). Snisher has a losing record overall and has losing record for 4 consecutive seasons. That kind of "context" can be meaningful for small sample sizes, not for large ones. But even then, you need to include even larger context that recognizes that injuries are an inherent part of the NFL that all teams must navigate. It should also recognize that the hallmark of an increased talent level is depth that successfully mitigates regular injury situations. The absence or that characteristic is yet more evidence that nullifies the theory that they have succeeded in increasing the talent level of this team, not context that supports it.

I mean, it sounds like you are saying Snisher is incompetent, and therefore will never
build a winning team. Yes?
Cause, i think they already have built a winning team, and if they can avoid key injuries
they'll win.
