QuoteRamgator Since day #1 with Fisher, we have had 3 OCs. not even sure of the QB number and eeeeeeeeevery game, we see the saaaaaaaaaaaame plays called.......THAT DON'T WORK!!!! This Sunday, I think Fisher has ONE last game to at least TRY to make things right. If not, even his best supporters HAVE to think about moving on. Thing is, I think we will win but it will be in spite of Fisher.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteGreatRamNTheSky Could not have been great having a full blown TV production crew running around camp having the players do stuff instead of concentrating on football. I was never for that show being in Camp with the Rams. Coach George Allen back in his day would have never allowed that. Too much of a distraction from football and it showed on Monday night. QuoteGreatRamNTheSky You want Foles back or something? One freaken bad game and it wasn't even all his fault. Offensive line could have been better don't you think? Did Todd Gurley distinguish himself Monday night? Maybe that he has a big stupid mouth and cost the team 15 yards shooting it off right in front of a referee? Where was the bloody pass rush most the night? Where the hellby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteJamesJM I think the Ram's O is predictable. Anyone who has a run a tendency sheet on them knows this. (I don't do it these days but I used to, every game). And also - the Niners seemed more than just intuitively aware of what was coming - or even well prepared by watching game film and viewing their own records of Ram tendencies. I have no explanation for this. But all that saidby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
In 4+ years Fisher has had 3 OC's. Schotty Cigs Boras Ummmmm... Maybe the problem is not with the OC's? Fisher has had 3 QB's in his 4+ years. Bradford Foles Keenum And his #1 overall Goff is still in street clothes, although healthy. Ummmmm... Maybe the problem is not with the QB's? What is the common denominator between these 7 individuals? I'll wait... No need to ovby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotewv ram Do we believe this, or is this just media-talk ? I dunno enough about football to know whether this kind of thing is common or uncommon -- ie, an opposing team having that kind of information. w v It seemed as if the Niners were in our huddles all night. They totally stuffed our O. And they have not been considered an elite D beforehand. So... Draw your own conclusionsby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRFIP ..and I've yet to see you post any warm & fuzzy, highly optimistic posts?! If not you, who? I did have an APB out for your safety Monday night!! Hey, RFIP. Just not feeling warm, fuzzy, or optimistic after that Mon night debacle. This scathing report resonated with me, instead. Another thing. This reported Niner player confiding to Wyche about Ram O predictability iby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Many fans are reluctant to replace either Keenum or Fisher just yet. The old why change the horse in midstream conundrum. I can understand that line of thinking. I think that strategy is my preference right now, too. But a part of my brain keeps asking me two questions that are hard to answer. 1) If we were to replace Fisher in mid season, could his replacement do all that much worse thaby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
I don't foresee disaster for the team this year. Just too much talent for that. But I now do foresee another year of mediocrity. Say, in the 7-9 range. The leopard just can't change his spots. I foresee a new HC for '17 and wholesale changes in the coaching ranks. A fresh 21st century O and winning philosophy.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

Anybody know the terms of Brockers' extension? That's kinda important, don't you think?by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Don't think either Johnson or Gruden are the least bit interested in returning to the HC ranks, anymore. Certainly not for the Rams. They're both enjoying their jobs and working conditions these days. Can we blame them?by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
We saw on Hard Knocks that all of the Ram coaches knew how to hurl F bombs, huh? Wouldn't it be nice if, instead, they knew how to prep a team for opening day against a lightly regarded opponent? Food for thought...by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Jeff Fisher coached teams are where QB's, WR's, and TE's go to die. Unfortunately, we are likely to have to endure 15 more games as evidence of the above.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
From Tomsula to Chip Kelly was night and day for the Niners. From league doormat in '15 to a team that simply abused the Rams for 60 minutes in front of a MNF audience. We've all seen this movie before, huh? We were outplayed by a country mile last night. We were out coached by a country mile, too. A very bad combination, indeed. They quickly made us one dimensional. And a one dby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotedzrams yeah I got nothing! But I am glad I was working and didn't watch that mess. Be even more happy that you didn't travel and spend big bucks to watch that mess in person, dz. Can you imagine how those guys feel right now?by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Know what's scary? The Niners were supposed to be one of our "easiest" games. Our other opponents are considered much more challenging. Lol.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotemerlin You were right about Fisher. Hate to say it man, but it is what it is. The dude cannot field a good offense. And now the questions are right there to be asked about the move up for Goff, how he can't beat out the "veteran" who supposedly gives you the best chance to win, why they weren't capable of coaching him up to be ready for this game, etc. Then the further questiby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

I had been hoping against hope that somehow Fisher could redeem himself with this staff and this roster. But, NOOOOO! This opener was a splash of icy cold water to hopeful Ram fans. Quote21Dog Quotealyoshamucci Physically ill. Feel the same. Rams' performance was pathetic and the 49er cheer squad in the booth made it all the worse. Yeah, Dog. Berman and Young made it even more "special", huh? Lol.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
I think that a healthy Gurley is a threat to put up 100+ in any given game, ARF. It's scarcely more than the average game for a 1500 yard RB. And since I think he's now the top RB in the league...by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Keenum is not the QB to put a team on his back and carry them to victory with superhuman feats. Clearly... But if you give him a good OL, a RB like Gurley, a TE like Higbee/Kendricks, weapons like Britt and Austin, a top 10 D, and good ST's, then yeah, he can get you his fair share of wins. I'm not now saying that we should have taken Wentz instead of Goff, although that was my pre draft preference. I posted that Ramswire piece for entertainment value while we await our Niner game tonight. Like RFL, I think both QB's are gonna be just fine. Upper third franchise types for 12-15 years.
