in a helicopter and very rarely on a plane - that is where basically a complete breakup instantly occurs. It was exactly like a plane suddenly losing both wings. Just speculation: I can't see how it could be anything but an internal malfunction. I suppose a bird strike is possible but that would surprise me. My very first female vocalist "crush" was Janet Lennon who sang on the Lawrence Welk show. But that didn't last long. Moving into High School.... I cannot recall having a crush on a female vocalist. Loved their music but no crushes. And that's true up until today. Had several crushes on actresses over the years but singers? Hmmm, I gotta be forgetting someone. - JamesJMby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
will be devastating. Now don't think I'm well educated on this, I'm not, but what little I have read indicates that the fault lying just offshore in Oregon is massive and when it goes, just a matter of time, yikes. Most of the coastal towns in Oregon have evacuation routes clearly designated. Some of the guesstimates about wave heights I've read say they could reach a half mile in heighby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
maybe they've been mean for a while now and I'm late in finding out. I'm not around people. :laughing I was chastised by a doctor yesterday for not carrying my phone with me at all times. It perplexed him as well... he couldn't figure out how I can survive, even for a single day, without my phone attached to my body. Lots of canals and a river, (sort of), about 2 miles away. Yeah.. he took to water instantly. Came out of the canal that first time with a look on his face admonishing us - "What's wrong with you people? Didn't you know this is where I belong?". We've been holding off on the grooming knowing that he would need another very soon. Got him all caught up at the Vet yesterday so afterby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
He was raised with 3 cats. The cats hate him. Hate, Hate, Hate. Guido doesn't give a rats ass and is always pushing his luck. Guido loses every fight with any of the 3 cats BUT.... he seems to like losing. He loves to agitate them until they mentally break and go after him with 'death' on their minds. not worried. I was wondering about the beaches and the homes near the beaches down in the LA area. Oregon is a lot more in danger due to the fault offshore... but LA is not immune. They must have a plan of some kind.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
My grandson was saying it's a very 'upscale' area. I asked about the green fees and he said it's $200 to $300... which is less than I would have guessed. About that area.... In Oregon, and Northern California, they have tsunami escape routes. I've never noticed that in the LA area BUT.... it could have EASILY escaped my attention. Do you have signs marking designated routes? I seldomby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub

My grandson is there right now. Playing Golf and also working for that Podcast guy I mentioned some months ago. He says it's incredible... beautiful. Actually, checking Google Earth, I think it's pretty far north of you? - JamesJMby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Somewhere around 2036-40 we'll lose the last WWII Vet. I often think about the fact that when I was born there were many Civil War Vets still around. The last "verified" Civil War Vet died in 1956.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub

"mini-JamesJM"..... but I hear that a LOT. :laughing So there must be something to it. I wasn't there for the ceremony. My daughter talked me into getting a Disney Premier Credit Card. Last damn thing I needed was a credit card. BUT... by getting it I get $500 back when I travel there in late May. So ok.. I got it. Kerman High School won their first football section championship in school history this last season. Today was 'ring' day. Rather large, IMO. :laughing For those who may recall.... Not even the announcers speculated about it happening. going to be a Green-White-Checker when they come in for a pit stop and the old man's pit crew, Denny Hamlin, goes light speed and Denny comes out of pit lane with the announcers muttering, "oh, wow, Denny just won this race". Getting down on an entire team because of the actions of a few is not very rational. ALL teams have their share of bad apples. BUT... I am guilty of doing just that. :laughing If Purdy picks his nose in public I want him to serve prison time. If Verse gets drunk and takes a dump while standing in line for his Carmel Latte at Starbucks then I think we should be forgiving. :laughingby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I was a bit surprised. No very surprised but I though Duke definitely had the advantage. But then... what the hell do I know about basketball? Well...
