just a hunch. feels like a Snead pick.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
these guys cannot man the most important position on the O Line. You need a stud LT, not a below average, middle round draft pick. This might be most important position on team behind QB. Rams desperately need new LT and C. Maybe Whit can survive one more year, but we need to draft his replacement now.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
#52 - Center - Ruiz - Michigan #57 - Edge/OLB - T Lewis - Bama * if Ruiz unavailable, pivot to - WR - Aiyuk and C - Cushenberryby spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
My guess is Offense. OL, WR and RB important needs. I think McVay/Snead can find good LB and S in latter rounds.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
id prefer someone else, but I think he is better than Tavon. He is not my top choice as a wr, and there is certainly the possibility that someone better drops, but I am ok if it unfolds that way. id prefer drafting O Line and Edge or Safety early but I think Snead/McVay enjoy drafting "weapons" early.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm starting to think T Lewis may be the pick at #52 and then Hamler/Duverny or Pittman at #57. Hennesy or Biadisz in the 3rd. Im good with that.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
I only hope Snead and McVay see things similarly.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
I think he is the most likely top wr to drop to us in 2nd rd, and though he is small, he is very, very good. He is similar to Hollywood Brown.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
that is their mojo.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
I like it, but also don't love 1st pick. I like the "idea" though but would prefer someone like Terrell Lewis or Shinn or Delpit. Someone great will drop to #52.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
im not super high on Pittman. Im not sure why.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm more concerned we draft Dobbins in the 2nd because Taylor is gone. I hate the idea of RB early, but always prepare to be disappointed.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
RB - We made a strong move up last year to get Henderson. I don't understand why we wouldn't at t he least get a shot at being the focal point. I guess if Taylor fell to #52 I would "consider" it, but think that drop is unlikely and the others don't excite me in rd #2 or even #3. You can find a good complimentary piece at RB like Moss, Kelly, other in 4th rd or later. Maybe 2nd 3rd rd pby spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
yeah, thats definitely possible. In that case I think we would go wr at #52 and have a shot at Aiuak, Reagor, Mims, Higgins or Shenault. We could then get Hennesy or Cushenberry at #57. lots of ways to go.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
it is far more serious than you apparently believe.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
Round 2, No. 52 -- A.J. Terrell, CB, Clemson or Jaylon Johnson, CB, Utah - I don't thing these cbs are good enough to justify going away from bigger need Round 2, No. 57 -- Jordyn Brooks, LB, Texas Tech - I like him ok, but not here. Round 3, No. 84 -- Isaiah Wilson, OT, Georgia - don't think he drops this far. Round 3, No. 104 -- Tyler Biadisz, OL, Wisconsin - I think he is being overrated bby spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
and seems you are assuming pretty much all of the picks will last longer than expected....so despite getting great value, I still don't like the picks :)by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
not before they have a vaccine and I've taken it.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
I could be wrong, but I think of thin, fast dudes. Shenault is more of a Boldin physical type. I could be wrong, I actually hope I am. I understand that now everyone is going to bombard me with "Woods and Kupp are not thin, fast guys." I get it. I just don't think Rams are coveting Shenault, as much as guys like Aikuk, Higgins and Mims. Just a guess.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
I watched him close last year, he's toast. TB is going to suck!by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
he is a wr I think could slip to us, and for some reason I don't think he is the kind of wr McVay covets, but might be too talented to pass up. That would be interesting.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
Tompa Bay? Really Tom? You're not rich enough that you need to trademark silly names like Tompa Bay? You're better than that.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
he targets Higbee when he wants easy completions. Most of those games featured short passes to Higbee who had running room thanks to coverage preventing bigger plays. Higbee is average, don't get too excited about our mediocre TE's.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
id love the USC tackle to be available, and if he is great, but I don't expect that. Higgins "could" happen as well. LT and wr are definitely at play in the 2nd rd and if we came out with guys like Hamler and Ezra Cleveland id take that, and probably a bit more realistic.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
it all rests on the OL. Going into last year, I thought is was foolish to rely on guys like Noteboom and Allen. I repeatedly said the one thing could could derail the season was poor o line play. They opened no holes. They did not protect Goff. They should have drafted linemen last year instead of a safety. It made no sense. Whitworth is about finished. His replacement is not on the team. Corbet,by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
It is their mojo. I think they will draft Aikuik, Higgins, Reagor, Hamler or Mims at #52.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
I do wonder if that was a consideration?by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
Henderson, Obo, Troy Hill I think we know who the others are at this point.by spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
#52 - WR - Aikuik or best available - Reagor, Mims, Higgins, Shenault, Hamler #57 - C - Cushenberry or Ruizby spagsbacker - RamsFootballFans.com
