Quoteden-the-coach This is the year to do it, there will be LT available in the 2nd round, but it is not easy to find a QB and next year, there is a major drop off. Again I love McCarthy, but I also believe Michigan is going to win the National Title and that might catapult him above where the Rams select, but there others could be worth too so the Bennett pick was a mistake and now you have toby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

The LA Rams current situation may seem dark, but look at all the rising stars Bret Stuter When it comes to the LA Rams (3-6) this season, there are many ways to assess this team's progress so far. Of course, with a losing record after the BYE, the likelihood that you may be disappointed in the team so far, and pessimistic over the Rams chances are understandable. QuoteLMU93 What I like is the Rams finally have a 1st round pick again AND have opportunity/needs to address all 4 'premium' positions- QB- LT, Edge and CB. They have, as of today, the 7th most draft capital among the 32 teams. Plenty of ammo to work with. Personally I think they will end up picking between 11th and 14th overall. That also becomes a range where you consider trading back and aby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
LA Rams make a curious move at OLB, but was it the right move? The way that the LA Rams prioritized who to keep and who to cut to set up the team's initial 53-man active roster was a bit puzzling. While the Rams pass rush did not exactly set a high bar through the 2023 preseason, the Rams opted to cut every player who recorded a quarterback sack in the preseason. Meaning, if Wentz convinces Rams that he can be their quality franchise QB after Stafford’s inevitable retirement soon, then Rams can scratch QB off their 1st round list this offseason and then focus on an elite type LOT, Edge, CB, or maybe even WR that falls into their lap. It could accelerate Rams return to respectability quite nicely while solving that imminent starting QB need for at leastby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Here’s Merlin… I have a lot of questions on the defensive side of the ball. And I think that side requires investment badly so seeing who the keepers are going to be will be crucial. Durant needs to get healthy and show he can hold up, he's going to be one of those old coverage specialist types I think in his ceiling, which is quite valuable if he gets there but yes he has to be up for gameby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

Here’s Merlin… I'm still pissed at Kendrick. Secondary was playing well as a group prior to his arrest. Wasn't perfect but they were doing a good job limiting QBs which is the most important element in winning defense. Since that time they have @#$%& the bed vs even poor QBs. So as it pertains to Morris the one thing he has to get right for this second half is sorting that back end. Looks lby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

Rams land franchise QB, stud pass rusher in 2-round mock draft Cameron DaSilva Matthew Stafford is probably going to play at least one more season with the Los Angeles Rams in 2024, but with the veteran quarterback turning 36 in February, that’s far from a certainty. News Analysis: Rams’ season is at crossroads but barring playoff run, building blocks are set for 2024 Maybe it’s only coincidence, but the Rams’ midseason signing of Carson Wentz sure feels like 2016.
