QuoteBlue and Gold I don't believe picks after the 4th round can be "busts" it's more like if they work out, it's a bonus. The odds are just too low for success, so Wichmann can never be a bust, in fact, first few games he was kind of a surprise. But premium picks, IMO, can be busts. If Hav (9 sacks allowed) doesn't get better then he is in danger of being a bog mistake. Same with Brownby laram - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteKevin Demoff is in his fifth year as Executive Vice President of Football Operations & Chief Operating Officer with the Rams. In this capacity, Demoff serves as a liaison to ownership on all operational matters. Again, Mike would essentially be what Demoff is and Demoff would just handle the cap. Of course Mike would report directly to Stan so he would have to make the hire. Thby laram - RamsFootballFans.com
Demoff in his press conference admitted that it was not only a coaching failure but an organizational failure. He admitted that they are evaluating the entire corporate structure. That they needed to get better in all areas of football operations. Translation: We might discover through the process that we don't have the right people in the right positions. Marketing will drive Rams head coaching search When Los Angeles Rams chief operating officer Kevin Demoff faced the media this past Monday following the firing of head coach Jeff Fisher, he tried to convince the world the decision to move on from Fisher was all about football and on-field performance. QuoteRam Fan Teacher Are you in favor of this? When Shanny was the GM in Denver his personnel decisions were not good. I don't know if that was because he was trying to do both GM and head coach which is obviously to much. Mike Holmgren failed at it to but both were good coaches. I would certainly want to grill Shanny on that and get some hard questions answered. But having them bothby laram - RamsFootballFans.com
Blame it on decisions by GM In the end, Mike Shanahan the coach can blame his firing on Mike Shanahan the general manager. Collectively, Shanahan’s last three drafts may have been the best in the NFL. The Broncos’ 2006-08 drafts netted several starters, including Pro Bowlers Jay Cutler and Brandon Marshall and bookend tackles Ryan Clady and Ryan Harris. Now for the fine print: “If thby laram - RamsFootballFans.com

So....Adam Gase the youngest head coach in the NFL, takes over a Miami team that went 6-10 the year before and has them on the doorstep of the playoffs at 9-5. He took over a qb that up until this year, had all kinds of mechanical issues and had been considered a disappointment. Before the injury, he was a different qb under Gase. What's your point man? Quoteweird both agreed with me about my Goff bust and Gurley bust threads... Said nothing about either of them being busts. Not even remotely close. Greg essentially says that Goff is not ready, and that Gurley's vision and patience has not been good. Many here have said the same.by laram - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteBlue and Gold he did a lot of good things in games I saw earlier, he's got talent . . . fun to watch in a lot of ways. Supposedly you wanted him, but all you do is highlight things that don't show him in the best light. Why don't you show some of the WOW plays he's made?? Or the last drive he engineered against a top flight defense with a chance to win? Strange.by laram - RamsFootballFans.com
