My wife is terrible about it. And what's worse is my daughter is beside herself wanting a phone to text and post on facebook... Sigh. My wife and I have driven 30+ minutes to a restaurant in complete silence because she is busy on her phone... So that's actually kind of a positive.by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
and my 7 year old had to ride a few rides by herself. lol... I said I will ride the tea cups if you don't spin it... and I got the "WTH" look, lol I rode the monorail... Twice! Its a very charming and friendly amusement park... and big. The coasters there are pretty intense. I'm not sure I would have ever ridden a few of them. One appears to defy physics. I can spend the day with my family or work or whatever and then that evening watch the game. I can watch the full length version or the condensed version. I usually watch the longer one because it feels more "live" and I can get wrapped up in the game. But if I want to rewatch the game I can do the condensed version... or if I found out they lost.. or just tired or whatever... It also gby Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
lol Same situation. Classroom instruction and then out on the track. No real racing but a real NASCAR and 130 MPH. I'm sure its something you never forget. My friend isn't into NASCAR but he does like to go to dirt tracks and watch the races there. He enjoyed it but I he was a little wide-eyed through a lot of it. I would be too. Get the TR7 out there and show them real speed. ;)by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
So what have I learned. As far as I can tell, tickets, at least to see this band, do not appreciably get cheaper a few days before the show. Maybe just the opposite. I'm sure there were probably cheaper tickets outside the arena but I didn't see any scalpers. I don't know. The hotel we are staying at took me to the entrance and picked me up there after the show. No internet... heck no news at all on the Rams on the East coast... so all I knew is I wanted Henley to play because I thought he was better than the backup. Now I was 15 or so when all this was happening so all I could do was basically base my thoughts on what was in front of me. So despite all the horrible things Henley did, I never hated him for it... although when I found out it kinda startleby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
He was alarmingly bad. Some of the tackles he missed were incredible. Anyway, I'm going with Finnegan. He is such a wormy creep I could not wait for him to leave the team. He is probably the only Ram player I actually ever hated... But if we can add coaches into the mix Haslet is the Grand Poobah of creepy worms... although Fisher is pretty good at selling snake oil himself. Good riddanceby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm not sure I am mature enough to wear them. But if I did get them, I guess I'd have to get the camo ones so no one could tell I was wearing them. Moot point as I already invested in these...by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
Robinson by most accounts fit that bill better than any other player IMO. I hated the pick though, way too big a project who was years away from being starter quality... and the likelihood is that he never will be. on this board and the Herd board. Very knowledgable and logical. I say embrace your inner masochist and self loathing and put up with the circus sideshow, just like the rest of us. As for this article. I bet there is a better planet somewhere. We got lucky, lol, but we could have been luckier... Its so hard to fathom why this happens. Especially when it seems that some people who do this seem to have everything. Anyway, its a rhetorical question. Just a shame. It appears that he has put together a pretty solid coaching staff. And he at least has had some success with NFL offenses in recent years. I am hoping that he can stop the trend for the offense overall. I mean the entire offense trended down last season except for perhaps one or two players... or maybe just one. How much is the Fisher effect? And is that even a real thing? We might find out this season. My guess is that a few of those guys will rebound, maybe all of them. Other than some wrong stats and poorly thought out conclusions, I think its fair enough to say these players are trending downward.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I'd never written, or more importantly tried to record, a jingle before. I just listened to it a few weeks ago... and wow, its pretty not good...I guess its one of those things that when you work so long at (or listened so much to) something that you can no longer tell whether it was good or bad. They seem to have a "dark side" to their persona. Some, if not all, of their videos are weird and so were their early performances... I mean embarrassingly wierd, IMO. But I don't really pay much attention to that stuff. Lots of bands or performers feel like they need something that makes them stand out. I guess they went the "sold their souls" route or whatever. Taking the family to Hershey Park is going to be fun too and probably more significant to me. I went there when I was a kid and always remembered it... so I am hoping my daughter makes a few good memories. And the photo opportunities should be good. Add in another 500 yards and 5 TD's rushing and you might have something. Maybe a punt return too? If he can open some things up for Gurley and Everett/Higbee then he might be worth $10M a year... Looking forward to the season just to see if McVay can figure something out. Maybe 2015 Tavon Austin is all there is... and to me that isn't worth the $$$ even with 10 TD's... but not an outrageby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
So I am going. Alone. I got seat close to an aisle I hope... Row J seat 2. So I know the person in 1 is probably alone as well. So I set it up so we make a small family vacation out of it at Hershey Park and do some exploring. There is a Civil War museum that is close by. And there is also Indian Echo Caverns. They already played in San Diego last year. So here's what I've come up with: Switch venues from Virginia to Hershey PA. Take the family. We drive nearly 3 hours to the Days Inn. I go to the concert alone but its only a half mile walk to/from the hotel. The next day we all go to Hershey Park and then the next day we visit some caverns and go home. Little mini vacation. I was on the water all the time. So somewhere, somehow, something happened that I am unaware of. A buddy of mine wants to go fishing in the ocean and I want nothing to do with it. It's inexplicable really. I took swimming lessons when I was a kid. Just never figured out how to stay afloat. I guess I'm just too dense. Lol.by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
