'It's different': Andrew Whitworth feels confidence oozing from Rams' building Whitworth says there's an 'arrogance' about this team, but 'in a good way' Cameron DaSilva Andrew Whitworth just got back home after spending a few days with the Los Angeles Rams in Maui for minicamp and he seems to have a good feeling about Sean McVay’s squad in 2025. NFL insider explains Rams' recent roster building strategy Tyler Greenawalt The Los Angeles Rams have a few flaws they've yet to address on their roster. Namely, the cornerbacks and linebackers lack firepower to truly elevate a defense. And while the Rams have the cap space and assets to pull off a move for a star cornerback (like Jalen Ramsey), the duo of head coach Sean McVay and gby Rams43 - Rams Chronicles
QuoteLMU93 Speights should elevate in year two, and Landman is a solid run defender and smart veteran. Neither are wow players but together (and with Ford in front of them...) they'll get the job done. I wouldn’t go to sleep on this Paul kid, either.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Two things… 1. Speights could have been progressing on the field quickly if given snaps. IOW, Rams could have been stronger sooner had Speights been force fed on the field. The inevitable would have simply been sooner and we were losing games with Reeder as starter, anyway. Not sure I see a benefit from the delay, tbh. 2. This was probably mostly a Shula call, anyway. Rams RB room earns low ranking heading into 2025 NFL season by PFF Tyler Greenawalt Los Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams is coming back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons and looks like one of the top 10 best players at his position heading into the 2025 season. However, there is a lot more ambiguity around the rest of the room, with second-yearBlake Corum and rookie Jarquez Hunter sby Rams43 - Rams Chronicles

Nate Landman, Emmanuel Forbes among defenders who stood out to Sean McVay this spring Cameron DaSilva The Los Angeles Rams’ defense really hit its stride late last season when it allowed fewer than 10 points in four of the last six games. The pass rush was humming, the defensive backs were making plays on the ball and even the linebackers were getting more comfortable in the middle of tby Rams43 - Rams Chronicles
QuoteRam_Ruler Landman and Speights are kinda similar. Paul provides more coverage and blitzing opportunities I believe. So Paul might be a better complement to Landman. I cannot disagree. Rams are sitting on a breakout star and the league has no idea Bret Stuter it's unusual for Rams rookies to impact the team significantly. That is why the second year of this young Rams rising star is so vital for the team's success in 2025. The Los Angeles Rams are not one of the NFL teams that is bereft of elite talent. It's only minicamp, but this Rams newcomer is dropping jaws with 'easy power' Bret Stuter The Los Angeles Rams opted to hold their annual Rams minicamp in the exotic location of Maui, Hawaii. While football drills and installations may not be the sole focus among players and coaches at minicamp, this is a vital step in team-building.
