Unprepared, Undisciplined, Embarrassingby RamFanInPA - Game Time Forum
Tennessee Titans Fans!!!!!!!!! They got the top pick in the 2017 Draft coming, courtesy of your feeble LA Rams.by RamFanInPA - Game Time Forum
That's all well fine and good, BUT they are getting manhandled on BOTH lines of scrimmage, ALL starts in the trenches.by RamFanInPA - Game Time Forum
This team has very little going for it. They are getting dominated on BOTH LOS. The coaching is terrible. The defense is too small and lacks physicality. The offense is big and has no physicality. 49ers look twice as fast as the Rams. NO WAY, they come back and win this game. They are outclassed by the lowly 49ers. If this regime gets extensions, that is a crime. My hope is theby RamFanInPA - Game Time Forum

We have all heard that it is likely that Fisher & Snead will receive extensions in the near future. Personally, I do not agree with this, but I do understand it from a business point of view. That being said, my prediction is that they will each receive two year extensions. If they produce a winner great, if not, a new regime will lead the team into a new era (stadium, uniforms, etc).by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
Well, I sure hope you are right!!! Hopefully, they can start well and build some momentum. But, I am skeptical. I feel the Rams great front seven can be neutralized by a short quick passing game. I am not convinced in the secondary at all. Hope they prove me wrong. I just have virtually no confidence in the WR/TE group. There is some potential in the group, but basically there is NO provby RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
I get what you are saying, but doesn't all teams basically play it the same way anymore? I don't know of any teams keeping starters out there too much. The fear of injury seems to supersede all. I wish I had more faith in the Rams current coaching staff. Seems the Rams play hard generally, but they don't play smart enough.by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
I have NOT heard of any rule change? Something seems off here??? I will try and do some research on this one!!!!!!! Thanks for info.......by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
Personally, I think Quick needs to go. He needed to be head and shoulders above the youngsters to make the squad and he is not, He is older, with a glass shoulder, and shown very little over his career. The youngsters have upside, they need to go with them and grow with Goff, plain and simple. I wouldn't be surprised if Fisher cuts him with the first bunch to give him the opportunity to try anby RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
I know it was just preseason, against 2nd & 3rd team defense, but I got to give some kudos to QB Sean Mannion. I thought he threw ball pretty darn well, a number of times knowing he was going to take a shot after delivering the ball. He hung in there and made the throw. I thought he made fairly quick reads and got rid of the ball quickly. I am NOT saying he should start, etc, But, it wasby RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
Preseason or not, he played extremely well. I even think he corralled the bobbled ball and got control and his feet down, If he continues to play close to that, no way to keep him off the team. He has the best hands on the team already.by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
I agree 100%, when Fisher took over the Rams they were simply one of the least talented teams I had ever seen in 40+ years of watching the NFL. I think there were 20+ players that Fisher cut that NEVER got another look in the NFL. That is simply pathetic. Fisher has been pretty decent when he had a competent QB at the helm.by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
Question: Do we know really WHO made the final calls on some of the picks? Has Fisher made any picks that Snead would have went a different way or vice versa? Have they been in total agreement? Does Fisher have final say? I know there are going to be "blown" picks, it is NOT an exact science. Example, who would have expected Tre Mason to go off the deep end? I do feel Snead hby RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
Let's face it, the current GM/Coach regime have lasted longer than they would have with MANY other organizations. I do believe Fisher was hired and retained with the move back to LA in the forefront of Kroenke's mind. Given all of that, I think to keep the LA area interested, the Rams NEED to win in the next few seasons. I don't think they want to open the league's greatest stadium in 2019, coby RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com

I always felt, GRob could be a dominant OG if he washed out at LT. Do you feel that way or he would just be a total lost cause?by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
Is this GRob's make or break year with the Rams? Obviously, he needs to make a MAJOR step forward in order for the Rams to be successful. Barring injury, I always felt you had a really good idea what you had in a player by the end of year three. I think we will have a pretty darn good idea at the end of this season on GRob. he seems to have put in the physical work in the offseason. I thinkby RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
I will. Hey, I love the Rams. They are my team. I loved them in LA, loved them in St. Louis. Of course, will love them in LA again as well. Although, I have not posted here in years, I read the forum EVERY single day. It has been a great source of information and entertainment. I live in the middle of Eagle and Steeler territory. Hate em' both for different reasons. Been told manyby RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
Agree 100%. It is funny, I have not posted here in over 10 years, until this thread. Why? Because if you stated something that was even a little tainted through Blue & Gold glasses, you were lambasted. Traitor, go away, why do you follow, blah, blah, blah. I love the Rams have been a fan for over 40 years, but I am going to keep it real, no matter what. Let's face it the Rams have beby RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
Did Pace deserve the HOF? Of course. But, I looked up just two all-time LT rankings and Ogden, Roaf, and Jones were rated ahead of Pace. One of the rankings did not even have Pace in top 15 all-time. He was not regarded in the top 3 of his era. I personally do not regard him as the best Rams OT of all-time, that distinction goes to Jackie Slater imho.by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
Yes, absolutely Jones as well. Forgot about him off the top of my head.by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
Not sure I would go that far, but he was no workout warrior. But, he was a very valuable piece guarding Kurt's blind side in the GSOT days. I thought Roaf and Ogden were better during that era.by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
He did frustrate me at times. He was very good, but I actually felt he never reached his full potential due to his total lack of commitment to conditioning/preperation. He was just very naturally gifted. I always felt he could have been better. Just my opinion.by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
Thanks to everyone for their camp reports, they are like gold. Been a LONG time since posting for me (a decade). I have a question about a player I had high hopes for and have not heard a single word about. How is Brian Randolph performing in camp? Have I missed something?
