QuoteR4M If you recognize a player, and believe that there isn't a 100% chance that another team will trade up in front of you to take him, I have no problem with being aggressive in that situation. It's not like the Bears have ever had QB success. Like the Rams, you have to take chances. There aren't exactly any other Tom Bradys out there waiting to be picked on round 6. QuoteRams43 Can I have one of your t-shirts, dune? I love t-shirts, man. Can't - I've worn two of them out! The last fundraiser came just in time for me to get a new one. I give money a few times and I get 3 t-shirts and an endless supply of terrific information. During the draft I didn't go to ESPN, I came here and read what people had to say. I went to my bookmarked threads with mocks and comments by Deadpool, Aylo, Flipper, Florida and others, I went to bookmarked links provided by RamBill, Rams43 and others. Quote9er8er But do they have any that can actually play? Higbee showed absolutely nothing last season. Everett is a small school project that's unlikely ready to step into McVay's offense and be a useful, reliable target for Goff soon. The way you can dish the immediate negative spin is admirable! When you count all the mock drafts we've seen, particularly these 7-rounders, we've been projected to take about 100 different players. The good news is we've got plenty of needs and there are plenty of players out there. 12 FA signees, 8 draft picks, throw in a couple of UDFAs, an all-new coaching staff, a new offensive scheme and a new defensive scheme. QuoteRockRam Sorry, just had to! I wish there was a correlation between the fitness of the HC and the players. Don't think there is. I'm not even sure intensity matters. I think Fisher's loose treatment wasn't the right fit for previous years. Veterans that have earned your respect I understand. But the youngest team in the league needs to have the tone set for them and it didn't seem like he did that. Intensity is the perfect approach for a new coach after a loose coach. QuoteRockRam I just don't get it. Here is a 21 year old, coming from a Air Raid system, having never been under center. We have had some success with Tavon running those plays. Without researching, I wonder if he catches away from his body better and is stronger in the 50/50 balls than Tavon? Hmmmm.
