Quotemax All these teams spend all that money and time, yet most of them don't know what they're doing. As Bill Walsh once said about the draft, "we only have to worry about 10 teams, the others don't know what they're doing" Boylhart had Prescott rated 3rd best QB, ahead of Wentz. The Browns should hire him. And from what I've seen SO FAR I'd take Wentz over Goff though Wentzby RFIP - RamsFootballFans.com
QuotePaulButcher59 All he does is improve consistently year after year. Has the confidence, big heart and the passion to succeed on any level. Just a matter of working on his mechanics. If or when Romo goes down, Dallas will be just fine. It must be nice finding your future starting QB in round 4. This kid seems to bring a lot of the same intangibles. Quotezn QuoteJamesJM was the scariest thing I saw tonight. I don't even want to think about it. - JamesJM I just saw them picking on Sensabaugh. But the talent behind Sensabaugh is better than him IMO. So what we're seeing at this point is the difference between Jenkins and Sensabaugh. They didn't pick on Jenkins, not last year anyway. No not because I believe this will be a lifting off point to a great season (it might) but because Vegas has us as a 5-5.5 point favorite which is a HUGE PS line and they don't build them casinos by handing out $$. Looks like a boy's sucker bet to me!by RFIP - RamsFootballFans.com

He's going to take a lot of hits in the NFL. He's bigger and stronger than RG3 but plays with the same reckless abandonment. He said after the game the other day that it was the first time in his LIFE he ever slid.by RFIP - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 QuoteRFIP How long have most of these factors been going on? Many people say "it's won in the trenches" which is mostly true but we have witnessed year-after-year a semi-one diminsional offense that simply cannot stay on the field because they can't convert 3rd downs due to wr's who can't separate, TE's who can't catch and an offensive philosophy from before the stone ageby RFIP - RamsFootballFans.com

Quotemerlin Because he's a city kid? C'mon man. I realize no QB is going to measure up to #8 in your mind but let's wait and see if those things the Rams coveted: his accuracy, feet, and pocket awareness, play in this league. Give the kid a chance. That is not why I thought they choose him and I will give him more than a chance. Just wanted to be clear where I stood when he was drafted.by RFIP - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotelaram He showed very good composure for a rookie qb playing in his first pro game at home. His o-line was a sieve and his wr's were awful. Just another example of why stats fail in painting a picture of a players performance. Wentz was 12/24 89yds and 1 pick. Nothing special right? He had 3 drops, a bad snap that he recovered with amazing athletic ability and saved a 15yd loss bby RFIP - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotemerlin is that he's a DUMB player. The dude had no awareness, no natural ability to settle into seams in a zone, and no anticipation on the field in real time. He is the perfect example of all measurables and no heart/mind. Good riddance man. Cutting that guy was the biggest single indicator that this offense might actually take a step forward, finally. Like Luck and RG3 the Goff / Wentz comparisons will go on for their careers. I find it funny how Wentz was painted as this corn-ball of a kid who would be too frightened to handle LA where as Goff was "The LA Kid" but after watching these two it seems like they were both miscast in those rolls. QuoteGreatRamNTheSky That's two franchises that have dumped him. My guess is Green Bay will be the 3rd. Cook has all the natural ability in the world. He should be the best tight end in the NFL. I think Tavon is a very good big time weapon and last year he played unafraid from day 1 which IMO mad all the difference. Quotereggae and I see 7 wins minimum. I think 7 wins is the starting point. The plus from there is how fast the young QB develops? does the OL emerge as a strength? can Fisher start fast for a change? And is the D what we think it can be?
