QuoteSunTzu_vs_Camus we pick up multiple 2nds and/or 3rds & 4ths in the process. I could even see us trading to lower 1st(24th to 32nd) and then again to maximize value....if we have the necessary trade partners, of course. I see multiple trade downs to accumulate many 3rd & 4th rounders...where we can get some very good players still. Quotelaram They’re meeting with him today, That’s a good look this is a really nice rb draft. Btw my cousins cousins girlfriend told my cousins cousin who then told me.:laughing May take a 3rd to get him but could see him possibly sliding to the 4th. Would be nice value there. Rams obviously have many bigger needs but I would still love to see him in horns.by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com

A coach like McVay will never stop trying to improve his offense and he still wants his stud TE for his system. Now that guy may or may not be on the roster currently but if he’s not he will get one at some point. He also knows there is at least somewhat of a void with Sammy leaving. That void may or may not be currently on the roster, but if it isn’t he will fill that hole at some point. The OLby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRockRam Solder is a solid LT. But, wow. And I'm curious to see what NE does to replace him. I don't think NE has the draw that it once did for older vets to go to at a discount in hopes of getting a Superbowl ring. But I will say that NE has always seemed to work magic with what are otherwise journeyman level Olinemen. I could see them drafting UCLAby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteOhiorams Rams need to do everything they can to get this guy, he solve all the problems, you have to double team him, he's a 3 down player with Brockers, Donald & Vita it don't matter who you have out at OLB he will be unblock it will take all 5 OL to handle that front 3 then with the blitzes and your OLB the TE & RB have to stay in and block and with our secondary Wow! QuoteRockRam If the Rams get a more established TE, then it says something. If they spend a mid to high pick on TE, then it says something. But if they spend only a late pick or pick up a journeyman TE on the cheap in FA, then it says another. We'll know a lot more in another 6 weeks. That’s too obvious and easy an answer I want to know now! Lolby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com

I never understood all these, “Snead should be fired, Snead is the best” posts. The GM role isn’t what it used to be as a whole and even more so in certain organizations today. There are a handful of guys making these decisions for the Rams, Snead, McVay, Demoff, Etc.. If the Rams draft heavy on the defense, Wade Phillips will be a huge part of that decision making. So true, and when McVay implements that stud TE (Everett???) he wants to into his offense things will look even more appealing. They will also add a vertical threat at WR. More worried about keeping the OL in tact!by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteRamBill Vincent Bonsignore@DailyNewsVinny 1. FYI on #Rams losing Sammy Watkins: Rams were in contact with Watkins' camp through out Monday. But at the end of the day, $48m over three years, and $30m guaranteed, was higher than they were willing to go. 2. #Rams are high on Josh Reynolds as a replacement for Watkins, and Mike Thomas will also be in the mix. Was Gerald Everett worth the Rams first pick #44 overall in the 2017 draft? It’s not secret McVay drafted Everett to be his next, “Jordan Reed” as McVay puts a huge emphasis on using his go to TE in his offense. We know he wants a go to guy at that TE position. I was skeptical with the Everett pick coming from a small school and I always deemed him as a, “project”, and he’s turning out toby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com

I'm guilty of thinking how on earth could people on a message board know more than the coaches. Well obviously in this case a bunch of you knew better than Fisher. A collective pat on the back. QuoteRampage2K- Saw a recent mock from yesterday that had him falling to the Niners... big fan No way after what he has shown so far in the combine. Won't be shocked if he goes in top three And this is coming from someone who isn’t a big fan of taking RB’s in round 1. He’s just too good and the kind of player that would fit perfect with the Gmen. Quoteferragamo79 they could have gotten a lot more No doubt! When I wanted the Rams to trade for him (I actually wanted them to draft him coming out) instead of drafting a QB the Patriots were asking for a ransom. It’s Odd how little they accepted for him now while he was even further developed and Brady even older.
