not a blowout but a nice win and could cover the 10.5-11 point spreadby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quoteramsfaninmd Let's see: Eagles lost an OT killer game on the road (a 7o minute slugfest) against a hated opponent on a kinda fluke TD, have to travel across the country again, have two or three RB's out for the year, a bunch of DB's out or wearing name tags to identify themselves, and the Rams are home and NEED this game to re-establish control and secure a BYE and no chance of going back toby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotemax Top 5 Really Hate... Seahawks Niners Eagles Pats Packers Top 5 Don’t really hate too much... Giants Browns Bears Chiefs Texans Every Bears fan I ever met in a sports bar was never obnoxious, unlike Eagles fans who have always been total douche bags, unashamedly. Quotemax My guess is it will get closer to pick em when we find out Trubisky is good to go. I don't think Trubisky will move the line that much at all, maybe a half point or so.by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotearizonaram This game coming up reminds me of the Rams Tampa Bay NFC Championship game Great offense vs. A great defense. Barkley had 24 carries for 125 yards. 5.2 YPC I hope McVay establishes a run game with Gurley and sticks with it the same way the Giants did. I liked the way McVay used Gurley yesterday. Keep feeding him and good things will happen.by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quoteoldschoolramfan 6 sacks in 4 games..........Totally doable. FYI......120 is all time record by Bruce Smith.......AD is already at 55......Just sayin'. He had 4 against them in San Francisco.. Philly & Arizona are #13 & #15 in sacks allowed and don't have the best OL`s. Donald could expose them as well. If he gets 2 in Chicago this weekend, I think he's a total lock to getby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
Time for Donald to keep doing his thing Sunday night in Chicago! Break Strahan`s shady sack record! :clapby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills I don't think its going to matter The Rams are a better team...they should beat Chicago regardless of them slipping up against the Giants If this is going to be a special year its going to be special IF the Rams do lose one more game thats the one it will be. Just like most of us thought the Saints would be their first loss in New Orleans. I`m really happy with the emergeby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills Look hate the Cowboys all you want and it definitely turns my stomach to root for them BUT Go Cowboys!!! We need the Saints to lose a game and possibly two to get that 1 seed Here we go Cowboys here we go... now you all say it with me! Lol Elliott will be contained tonight and Dak will be forced to throw a lot. Even if the Saints cannot run the ball that effectivelyby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills I know they better have him for the Rams game I don't see it happening. Chase Daniel is smart and efficient enough to get the job done and let his defense lead the way. Just wouldn't want them coming back home to play the Rams coming off a loss.by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills there are at least 3 teams capable of beating them Chiefs for sure, Steelers and Chargers Texans have won 8 straight but I'm not sold yet... A heathy Deshaun Watson with Deandre Hopkins and Demaryius Thomas is scary! And Lamar Miller is averaging 4.9 YPC. I think they match up well against the Patriots.by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSaguaro I know Mahomes is dynamic. I know Andy Reid has had effective offenses. But never quite like this before. The Chiefs have a new OC - Eric Bienemy. He has been there running backs coach, but promoted this year. I wonder if he is a factor for them. I was a Big fan of his back in his college days playing for the Colorado Buffaloes. Only 5`7 but solid 205-210lbs. Still theby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills Are coming along nicely... all of them thank you very much lol!!! The Rams have a deep arsenal of weapons I didn't expect him to step up like he did last night. Its all about confidence and I`m sure he's got a lot of that now. I can't wait to see what he does down the stretch. Always find a positive from a negative and thats the case here with Kupp`s injury. QuoteSpeed_Kills part of what makes the Cheifs so ridiculous is the combination of Mahomes, Hill, & Keelce the Rams are configured differently, as are the Steelers, and Saints etc... The Rams are loaded with weapons I`m a Rams fan and I`m not gonna say Goff is better than Mahomes. Impossible to compare the two IMO. They are both great QB`s with different types of offenses and differenby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills but something is telling me... they are due a loss the last three weeks they have beaten Ravens and Vikings on the road and then the Rams. QuoteRamsFanSince69 McVay was MUCH better at pinpointing the skills of players he wanted. Snead marveled at this when he first worked with McVay. Less doubt leads to better selection and better picks can be expected. OL = so important! McVay and Snead signed Whitworth, Sullivan and Blythe! 3 starters right off the bat! and they made the perfect hire in Kromer to coach the OL. WR = Woods siby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
Hits and misses (especially on offense). Its always hard to say who was responsible for what but we do know that Fisher did have much control. Fisher could draft defense for his system no question and he loves his bell cow RB`s. I`ll definitely credit him with Brockers, Donald and Gurley. Those were his picks! I also believe he wanted and would have gotten Bobby Wagner at #45 in 2012 had he noby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteEternalHorns Just looking around the internet, your average Chiefs fan seems to think the Rams have had a soft schedule and have beaten "nobody." One poster said the Rams only beat the Chargers and Vikings because those teams "didn't have their mojo yet" (ahem, we played the Chargers after they did). Chiefs fans are extremely confident that they are going to beat us in MXby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamBill Packers face biggest underdog line in Aaron Rodgers' career 30 points at home to CJ Beathard and the 49ers? What could the Rams hang up on them on a nice day in LA? Always have to be careful of Rodgers getting his backdoor cover, but Rams aren't losing this game. If the Rams are -8.5 two game tease them down to -2.5 just in case...If you like another game. QuoteRam_Ruler Another example of our coaches/scouts seeing talent where others don't. And I'm sure coaching helps too They are the anti-Fisher when it comes to the offensive side of the ball! Personnel and coaching on the offensive side of the ball is night and day from Fisher. LOVE IT! I was saying this months before the draft! Barkley was the #1 player in he draft and maybe the very best RB I have ever seen. It was a great pick and a great fit for their club. And to come back and get lucky to have OL Will Hernandez drop to them in round 2 was Perfect. Getting QB Kyle Lauletta in round 4 was a great value pick as well. 38 carries, 8.5 avg. Thats absurd! We know Gurley is better than Crowell and Powell, we know the Rams OL is better than the Jets. We know Malcolm Brown could certainly contribute along with Gurley, we know the Broncos defense has to respect the Rams passing game more than the Jets. Ok, the Broncos just may have had a stinker road game, and are a better team at home, but I`m not buyingby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
