QuoteLesBaker Does that make us as fans happy? I don't think so. Do 9-7 teams succeed in the post season? Rarely! Kroenke will do his best to do enough to fill the stands. Will he do his best to win the SB? No, and he said as much when he said you don't get into sports franchises with the idea of winning titles. Kroenke may understand that winning enough to fill the seats is optimum for reby Rampage2K- - RamsFootballFans.com
I highly doubt any QB drafted last year was going to thrive in that Boras offense surrounded with Fisher's well disciplined players.by Rampage2K- - RamsFootballFans.com
QuotePHDram To fill the qb position? I mean it's only the most important position on all of sports but if you want to gamble draft after draft on 5th round prospects go right ahead. Vegas makes a fortune from guys looking for the big score. I have no problems going with the way the Rams went all in on Goff.... Quotestlramz The key is whether Goff pans out. If he does, no one will care about the picks. Yup....I think he will. Looks like they got the right HC for the job. :beercanby Rampage2K- - RamsFootballFans.com
In a pretty decent group of players is not bad at all....I know people seem to think the Rams gave up 52 picks for Goff, but it really was only three picks(6 for 3) and despite not having the first rounder this year, there is still a draft to look forward to. Rams will have one 2nd round, one 3rd round and two 4th round picks ...four picks in the top 150. Hopefully we strike gold on a few of tby Rampage2K- - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteBobCarl QuoteLesBaker The revenue sharing is always the same. All that matters to Kreonke is the beer flows and the hot dogs get eaten. No, revenue sharing is NOT always the same. Only thing that is shared equally is national TV revenue. Quotemax I think it's time for all of us to accept this reality. We have made a conscious choice to stick with a terribly run football operation. And no amount of BS is gonna change that fact. We're stuck with one of the ugliest dogs in the neighborhood. We love that dog. Believe it or not, there are quite a few fans from lots of other teams that would trade histories(on the field) in aby Rampage2K- - RamsFootballFans.com

There are only 32 teams, and if someone wants a career, they go where the opportunities are. Quotemerlin He's done very well with the other moves thus far. But I am not a fan of Trestman. Would he be fine under McVay? Maybe, but not good for the run game, so IMO not a good fit. Looking back at his coaching stints he's had success getting good production out of QB's and getting career years out of some of them.
