Has size comparable to Reynolds perhaps even bigger. The only mark against our WRs is their lack of size Oh well. In Mcvay I trust I wish he hadn’t gone to Cleveland though for sure. That is going to be a tough game already without them milking Hodgeby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
that the Rams have major question marks on the oline with two new starters and very young backups and the front 7 I have seen nothing in the preseason that has answered those questions. I agree with zn and LMU that we don’t know what we have and have been saying that for months. even while being shouted down for doing so. If I had to guess the weakest unit I might put them in the order belby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
I mean for the life of me I don’t get how they could have selected Mike Thomas over Hodge. But i have to rely on the coaches and they have earned the trust but there is a part of me that keeps saying “huh... i don’t get it” And i know McVay was talking Thomas up but Hodge is bigger and nearly as fast and doesn’t have the injury history. My guess is McVay feels like Thomas can better fill the Cby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
I would not have kept Thomas over Khadarel Hodge. Hodge has great size and speed. He is very similar in size to Reynolds. Very disappointed to see that but McVay knows what he’s doing. Just hated to see it. I am not a Thomas fan but he must be doing stuff in practice that i am unaware of. Not surprised to see either Davis or Kelly cut. I said this last year and I saw it again this preseasonby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
My point was we see it every year. I stated over and over. That’s it I don’t think it’s a matter of being sensitive but rather people are saying “it happens”by Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com

Is Goff And I keep saying this .... I need to see more. I don’t like how he finished. I have questions and that’s okby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
You make good points and overall statistically he did play well. However, he didn’t just have bad games. He had horrible games. Where he looked incompetent. People had doubts and those were elevated when after Gurley/Brown/Kupp were hurt and more was required of him.... he looked bad. Other than that Saints game The only way for people to recognize him like you feel he should be is for him tby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
when he has looked bad he has looked really bad and against good teams I also think his lanky appearance doesn't help ...although to me its clear he has put on muscle and has gotten better/stronger athletically nope its really simple... people can't shake how poorly he played against the Bears, and Eagles on national TV and then again in that SB. He also did not paly particularly well inby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
hmmm Cooks rating is down from last year Wood and Kupp are up Goff is up slightly Gurley obviously doesn't have a knee to worry about with him getting a 97!! Can't wait until the game is releasedby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
Dark clouds. The Bears and Eagles I feel are the two teams the Rams will need to beat. Two and I have a dark and cloudy perspective I don’t get it. QuoteRampage2K- QuoteSpeed_Kills the Bears are clearly an elite defense... with elite talent at each level, they also have a better oline, and I believe they are tougher physically than the Rams. I think the Bears defense gives them the edby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
Well how did the Rams look without the injured Gurley and Malcom Brown and no Kupp? What if there is no CJ to bail them out and what if those injuries happen earlier in the year? Timing and the amount of injuries means everything to even the most talented teams. The key is avoiding the killing injuries which the Rams have done the last two yearsby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
1) multitude and untimely injuries 2) you lose close games that you win the year before 3) you replace veteran players with younger players you drafted and they don't develop as planned we all know the whys and they happen to teams all the time my fingers are crossed but those things happen to teams all the timeby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Minnesota, Carolina just to name 4 teams from 2017 all legitimate playoff and SB contenders that found themselves looking in from the outside last year It happens every single year The Rams aren't just going to go 8-8 just because... it would take certain things to happen likely untimely injuries, a couple bad breaks (just look at the all the close games they won last yby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
the Bears are clearly an elite defense... with elite talent at each level, they also have a better oline, and I believe they are tougher physically than the Rams. I think the Bears defense gives them the edge and I need the Rams to show me otherwise... stay tuned The last two years the Eagles have beaten the Rams in LA, our oline has all kinds of trouble blocking that dline and they beat usby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
1) the guy was clearly having fun and MJD's expense 2) even if he wasn't it wouldn't be stunning ... it happens every year that teams fall down now I wouldn't pick the Rams to go 8-8 but if they did it wouldn't be a shocker - and I'm sure it would mean they had a quite a few untimely injuries too It happens every single yearby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
and let you know about it simple as that... you thought nothing of it great... lets move onby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
I didn’t say they didn’t have any question marks, I said they didn’t have as many as the Rams Also I didn’t mention Brockers... you thought he played well last year? Again another question mark as in can he return to his 2017 form? And I mention those two teams. Two... and now it’s a stormy night? I think there are two teams more talented and with less question marks right now than the Raby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
What a disappointing thread. I thought surely it would be way more positive with fans sharing their thoughts but to my surprise there is more bickering about people’s subjective selections. I mean they spent 3 days discussing this on NFL radio last week. I thought surely it would generate interest here. I tell you what... if I could I would delete the entire thing.by Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
Where did that come from? The Rams have question marks up front and the oline We have no idea what the dline will look like this year outside of AD and the known commodity of Fowler I didn’t say they would suck I said I don’t know what they have up front. Here’s what I know for sure about the Rams. They on paper appear to have a strong but aging starting secondary. They also appear tby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
We will have to see what Flowers can do ... I do really like his physical upside. An off season of working out with Donald could be awesome Mathews adds a nice veteran presence and maybe some added pass rush but he didn't have a great year for GB last year and he is older Ebukam might be moving to inside but can he get better playing outside... <shrug> Not sure... hes young enough tby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
I did see Warner play so for me that is the difference why are you acting like I am dissing Olsen? I obviously think highly of him and put him in the second group I know the culture now days is to just bicker and fight over everything - we always have to be at odds... always need to define our differences draw battle lines... go for the jugular and slam people who we disagree with persoby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
it wouldn't stun me at all if the Rams go 8-8 Although I agree that predicting it seems to be stretch given their talent at the moment We see it every year... teams collapse Falcons and Panthers and Steelers last year A key injury here or there, a player two or three don't develop like the Rams hope, McVay doesn't adjust offensively like some thinks he needs to yeah 8-8 could happby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
To beat the Saints and Patriots last year He’s an idiot because he has the Rams going 8-8? <shrug> Last week JJ said they would go 16-0 The show is just fun man and from what I saw (and I saw it in real time) he was definitely having a bit of fun with MJD. Lolby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
Those were plentiful. Waaay too many mental breakdowns that kept teams like Minnesota and San Diego in games The Rams front 7 is full of question marks FULL. Not sure at all what we are getting thereby Speed_Kills - RamsFootballFans.com
