Hill is a problem for any team. The Rams could use more speed to scare defenses off the line of scrimmage. It would open things up more and benefit Goff.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
Thanks for the write up! Always a good read! I think you jinxed Collin Miller last week. I never heard of him, so I tuned into the Nebraska game last week to check out Miller (also, read his school bio and he seems to be a perfect fit for the Rams). A few plays in, Miller sustained a head/neck injury where he was strapped to a stretcher and carried off the field. I think he's okay for that typby RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
The intriguing thing about Staley is he played QB in college, so he's well versed on both sides of the ball. He seems to be an anomaly in that regard. He's also a great communicator and seems to be a good people person. If I was looking for a HC, Staley would be on my list of candidates, but I don't want to sell the guy too hard because I don't him to get poached.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
I hope he stays in the organization as an executive type. He'll make a great Rambassador.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
I think you're right. It's looking like five or six head coaching jobs will open up at the end of the season. Staley will probably be on some teams' lists, especially the Bears. He is only 36, so maybe he wants more time to strictly be a DC. I'd hate to see him go. He's done such a job in a short period of time.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
Last night was one of the classic Rams victories, but they need to get back to the grind ASAP. They cannot lose to the Niners in their inaugural matchup at their new football palace. They must punish the Niners and avenge them for the last three loses to them. It's a short week to soak in the big win with Thanksgiving coming up, but please, don't get complacent!by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
Edwards and Corbett are outstanding. Huge reason why the offense is better this year.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
Maybe they can salvage his career.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
He deserves to be on the ballot. I'm sure the Rams used Troy Hill and Jalen Ramsey as their starting CBs.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
The special teams has no juice. I think McVay put all his focus on finding his defensive coordinator in the off season. This offseason, he needs to find the final piece of the triumvirate. I also think McInnis should get a chance this week. Forbath has been terrible with or without the injury.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
No doubt about that. McVay always seems to right the ship. It was a great bounce-back win against a hated rival.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
Metcalf is a problem. I want to see Ramsey line up against him and give him hell.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
No, he's done a good job. The team has been consistently competitive and the stadium is ready to go. His big job now is to get the young kids in LA to become Rams fans and get the roots to sink deeper for the new generation. I like his energy and how he doesn't take himself too seriously and doesn't have a big ego. The logo and uniforms will always be up for debate, but he's willing to take chancby RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
If you're going to make a run at the Super Bowl, why trade anyone? We'll need the depth. They wouldn't get much for Malcolm, so they might as well keep him. In the playoffs, they'll need those tough yards, which is Malcolm's specialty. Next year, he's a free agent and will mostly likely leave, so maybe he gets a nice contract that yields the Rams compensation in the draft.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
He's a FA next year and will get a big pay increase. The Cowboys may want to unload him for a pick. He would be a hug pick up. He can rush and set a hard edge.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
JJ3 is going to get paid next season. If Budha Baker gets $16 million/per season, JJ should get something close to that. The Rams won't be able to pay him. D-Will has been great. We'll have him for one more year. Maybe, the can work something long-term out this off-season, but I would expect him to hit the market in 2022. I want to see David Long get more reps. It's looking like CB willby RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
Both are FAs next year. They're 31 and 32, but still productive.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
I was thinking the same thing. I thought Schotty had an interesting offense and was surprised to see him go, but at that time, scoring points and winning wasn't in their best interest.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
My memory is a little foggy, but wasn't Schotty okay with the Rams as OC. I recall being confused as to why Fisher let him go. Maybe his offense scored too many points for Fisher?by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
When was the last time a Rams LB had 16 tackles? I thought he played well and much improved from week one. He did okay against the run. Did you catch the play where a lineman facemasked him just as he was about to fill the hole that Sanders ran through? It turned out to be one of Sanders' longer runs in the third quarter. Also, he made some good tackles in space towards the sideline. He's nby RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
He's doing a great job calling the plays. McConnell is probably helping take some of the weight off of McVay's shoulders.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
Have you checked out Spencer Brown? He opted out, but I read an article about him in the Athletic. Sounds like an intriguing prospect.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
It's a good article. I didn't expect something like that this early in the season. Usually, you get those stories around draft time. It sounds like Les is really growing into his GM role. I used to worry about his Auburn bias, especially after G-Rob and Tre Mason, but now, he seems to have the right psychology for the job. The Rams scouting department seems to be on a solid foundation.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
No. I think Khan is trying to relocate.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
Yes, I'm fired up! I love how competitive Ramsey is, and it's spreading to the rest of the defense. This is very exciting.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com

Maybe we see him 9/13. I'd hate to see him go to the Niners. Keep him in the AFC, please.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
I was watching him on Hard Knocks, thinking Henderson has a real solid, thick build. We're going to have some interesting young options at RB. I'm also looking forward to a Thomas Brown interview to get his perspective on the RB room.by RAMpant Defense - RamsFootballFans.com
