After winning the triple crown, putting up all-time great single season numbers, and being named the Super Bowl MVP, it appeared that Cooper Kupp was on a trajectory that would get him into the HOF. With the Rams horrid season and what appears to be a serious injury, it suddenly seems much less likely that Kupp will get there. Having already had one serious injury, he might have a hard time returby L.A.Rams - RamsFootballFans.com
In more than 50 years of watching football, I can't recall ever seeing a team with as many "drives" that netted negative yardage as the Rams have had in recent weeks. They would be better off to just punt on first down.by L.A.Rams - Game Time Forum
...last week. I was going to say in many years, but the Rams have been unwatchable the entire season.by L.A.Rams - Game Time Forum
In my opinion, the Rams most shameful moment so far in the 2022 season was declining to attempt to get a game-clinching first down on 3rd and 5 on their final possession. If you don't have enough confidence to keep the game in your control and go for the first down, this means that the coaching staff has lost confidence in the team to get the job done when it counts the most. If they say they hadby L.A.Rams - RamsFootballFans.com
Aaron Donald is still an amazing force, but Cooper Kupp is the only shining bright spot on this team. He is following up an amazing season with another great performance. I think he has now become a good bet to make the Hall of Fame. All he has to do is keep producing at a high level (although nobody could keep on at the level of his 2021 season for more than one or two seasons). Kupp has alreadyby L.A.Rams - RamsFootballFans.com
It became evident that the 2022 Rams were going to be a mediocre team in the first game of the season. I might watch them occasionally, but the idea that you're a bad fan just because you don't bother to watch a boring and crummy team is just plain silly.by L.A.Rams - RamsFootballFans.com
... you have (1) a terrible OL and not enough time to scan the field for open receivers and (2) a WR capable of putting up 1900+ yards in a season (Johnson and Kupp the only ones to ever do it).by L.A.Rams - RamsFootballFans.com

The Rams could be descending into an abyss that will last for years, just as they did in 1990 and 2006. I am done with this team for 2022 and perhaps for much longer. I have better things to do with my time than to consume a defective product. I wouldn't just keep buying milk from a store that sells sour milk. Nor will I follow a lifeless team that is going nowhere but into the abyss.by L.A.Rams - RamsFootballFans.com

...but I don't think there will be any takers for a RB who has (1) only once topped 100 yards rushing in a regular season game, (2) had a terrible injury, (3) not been productive, (4) had an issue with fumbling, and (5) apparently gotten into a conflict with his team.by L.A.Rams - RamsFootballFans.com

The Rams have not turned the corner. They were behind at the half to the worst team in the NFL -- a team that has already fired its head coach and is considering a fire sale of players.by L.A.Rams - RamsFootballFans.com
Their offense wasn't able to get anything going against the 49ers in 1970. Roman Gabriel had been knocked out. They actually punted on 3rd down. Only time I ever saw that happen in the NFL. Does anyone else remember that play?by L.A.Rams - Game Time Forum
Not criticizing anyone, but it's really a bad sign for the Rams when many of us get all excited just because they score a TD. I must admit that I was among those with a wave of optimism after that drive.by L.A.Rams - Game Time Forum
At home that year, they scored only 3 points and were shut out 6 times going into their final home game. That is not a typo -- only 3 total points scored in their first 6 home games!by L.A.Rams - Game Time Forum
