Well, he does catch TD's and McVays weekness is 10 yards and in, so he has a tall Red Zone guy.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Have both Cam Ward and Sanders. Or trade one mid-year.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
So with all the options to use with our first selection, We got the fifth best tight end. Yay.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Just filling holes. At least we have two first round picks next year. Could come in handy.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
So that means we wanted Mason Taylor... And settled. Not in love. In the 2025 NFL Draft, tight end Terrance Ferguson from Oregon is projected to be a mid-round pick, with a potential range of rounds 3-4. While he possesses good athleticism and receiving ability, his run-blocking skills are a concern, potentially limiting his early-down usage, according to PFF. Feels Klopfenstein-ish.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteAvengerRam ... maybe its not luck? Thus why I put luck in quotes.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteAvengerRam GOAL #1: Shore up the 2025 roster with a rookie who can come in and contribute right away. GOAL #2: Advance a plan to secure Matthew Stafford's heir apparent. How do you accomplish both with the 26th pick? Only one way: trade back to a spot (#46) where you can still get an immediate contributor, AND obtain a 2026 first round pick from a team that could very well finish inby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
I get you are saying give a 1st because that is how you get them to eat some of his salary. . But I would say pass. Would rather use our 2nd on a corner, or maybe package the 2nd with a lower round to move up to get a CB. Now, if Miami cuts Ramsey... I'm interested.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
The Giants moved up one spot ahead of us as they must have been concerned we MIGHT grab him. But would we have? And if we pick Milroe on the 2nd, which I don't think we will and likely won't even be available, should we have just took Dart?by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Why would we trade up to get a TE? We don't use them very much. Except for blocking. Also, I don't see McVay reinventing himself. I see him making some minor tweaks to his scheme. Perhaps if he had a shiny new toy at TE he would use him? I just think anything being said about the Rams, that they put out there, like wanting a TE last year, is smoke and mirrors.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
So has he signed a contract???by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
My thought was the entire reason they said they want to get a deal done is that they want to put a reasonable offer out to him and if he doesn't accept it, we draft a RB. So yes, I think the purpose behind getting a deal done is finding out if we need to draft a running back.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteRamfan21 Quotekw13 Sites have us statistically in the mix for drafting him, of course meaning if he fell to us... Please, no. What's the issue with Sanders? I feel like he is the prototype of a guy who gets all the hype but then is a bust. Plus the circus that comes along with his dad. Also, it seems maybe his stock is falling so perhaps I'm not the only one who thinks maybe hby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
I would like to see McVay and the Rams do more deep passes to stretch the field. Having said that, I would have thought we would have used Tutu more in the past. However, my take on what is happening now is simply that McSnead knew Kupp and Robinson were leaving and we had not secured Adams yet. So they HAD to retain Tutu in case other things didn't work out. They had to make sureby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com

12 minutes would have been better.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
No, but go watch his full highlights from last year with the Jets. You will be impressed. He still has a burst off the line. IMHO he is a much younger 32 than Kupp is/was at 31.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
I also wonder if they want to sign him now to see if he will take something reasonable and if not we can draft a RB. If he accepts our reasonable offer than he stays. So maybe actually be more of a litmus test, before we get to the draft. And maybe we are not looking to pay him too much and need to find out now while the draft is good for RB's. And if he won't play for our amount, Mayby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Despite all the possible exciting trade options being discussed, I think the most likely scenario is that this will be one of those boring drafts. We will take the best CB available in the 1st, hopefully a WR/TE in the third as well as an ILB, and then a bunch of picks to fill out the roster in 6th. The 4th round pick can be a wildcard. I like the thought of Dart or other future QB, butby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteJamesJM But you did nothing wrong, New Mexico... it's just that for whatever reason that "13 yds from the SB" I'm hearing ALL THE DAMN TIME!!! It's getting almost as annoying as the "One Yd Short of winning the SB" BS Tennessee fans rant about. As for what you're getting at - it's was an odd year.... as was the year before. Both strong finishes but some real panicby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
And Adams isn't really known for blocking, so is McBay going to change or same 20 plays every game?by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Surely this means they are taking a QB at #3. Winston is the Veteran mentor to backup and/or play until the rookie is ready.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
It's almost 100% not guaranteed so perhaps we can rip it up and sign him for like $1.5M?by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
So, using last year as an example, we would have had to play our first game in Minnesota. Also, had we beat the Eagles, we would have had to travel to Washington.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
While Witherspoon and Landman aren't 100% the solutions at CB and ILB, I feel like this team is rounding out nicely. Stafford, Alaric, and Adams pretty much build the foundation on offense with Puka and Kyren. And adding Poona to our already stout Defensive line to help mitigate those Saquon plays, I think we are improved over last year. Unloading Jonah Jackson and his salary was huge.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
It does show he is due $3.2M, not guaranteed, and only a $33,000 dead cap hit. So maybe he is gone, but I just like knowing he is there if we are thin. Or maybe we cut him and re-sign him for less..by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
I think a lot of us were forgetting we should have Derion Kendricks back. Was thinking our DB room was more depleated than it is. Adding Witherspoon not only bolsters our CB position, but brings some veteran experience to the defense, along with Darius Williams in the secondary. I guess you could say Durant is no longer a rookie, but not quite a veteran. And Poona adds a veteran prby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
While it makes sense, if you do this, you might as well remove divisions entirely. The only downside, aside from tradition, is the convenience of regional play as most divisions were originally designed geographically so you don't fly across the country every week. Also, the Lions won the division so what are they complaining about?? They got beat by a significantly lower ranked team.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
