When Ferragamo hit Waddy to beat Dallas....didn't beleive the Rams were capable of coming from behind.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
It feels like Dallas late 1990. 1991 Dallas in playoffs, after that 3 super bowls n 4 years.....you could see Dallas coming together...young talent, good coaching. Dallas didn't have good corners....Jimmy J got some decent ones and their D became great and their O became ball hogs. Ram have the QB, the WRs, maybe the RB. THey have a huge O line like Dallas and young stars to be. Youth Founby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I tend to agree with the 'mediocrity' quote without the 2 probowl pass rushes---which means top 15 defense. And, that could get Donald in sooner. However, a top 15 D with a top 15 offense could still be 10-6 (or 7-9).... So, Quinn may not work out--but, I love that Price kid..and Samson will come on, some day, when his hamstring heals.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Excellent! JB has all the skills, and I have read he has the brains too--so, I have always been confused by his lack of success....and why the lunging last year. He looked uncoached...anyway, awesome...so, it looks like the the Rams have 5 good quality starters! No more excuses for the Ram's offense I prefer this type of analysis...as compared to when AD will sign or how Goff has forever toby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
a) I agree...except that Austin Davis didn't have Watkins, Kupp or Everett...or McvAY b) Yes, there were no blitzes---that is very, very important, too. c) Austin had a slow delivery though, so that is a huge difference for the Goffster. Austin Davis and Goff in the same sentence is Larcency.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I agree with the arm strength thing....he has enough to a probowler! However, Queen Brady did wing it 70 yards to Randy Moss in2007 superbowl (the pass was with 30 seconds left or so and it tipped off his finger tips). I prefer Brady's strength (2007) to Goffs, but Goff will get stronger.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I agree; However,..................... The importantce of Intelligence--in being able to replicate success: These guys are intelligent and know where they are supposed to go. My worry on offense is the health of the O line and Goff....otherwise this is the 'start'. Wood, Watkins, Kupp and EVerett are extremely NFL-smart players....and Goff had a 3.6 himself at Cal. My changes from Alyo's in bold: RB 4 Gurley, Brown, Davis, Green TE 4 Everett, Higbee, Hemingway, Harkey WR 7 Watkins, Austin, Woods, Kupp, Reynolds, Thomas, Cooper OL 7 Whitworth, Saffold, Sullivan, Brown, Havenstein, Donnal, Wichmann, Waiver pickup CB 4 Tru, Webster, Robey, Jordan, (Hill suspended, but sticks) someone else at 5th corner.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Thanks a million for the vid...great!by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
9. Nelson Spruce may not make the team. I would say no way..with Harkey and waiver pick ups for O line. We can't block with our first 3 TEsby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
No wasted motion in Goff's throws.....decisive, mostly clean throws. Looked off on the underneath Gurley throw. Kupp makes it look too easy....can he do that in the regular season. Amendola was the last Ram that could get open on 3rd down against press coverage.....Oh, our Kuppboard is full...or our Kupp is full.....ok, I will stop ;) The intensity will increase n the regular season, but Gby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Well, vanilla defense or not, this has been a LONG time coming!!!! :)by Steve - Game Time Forum
EVERYONE! Thanks for all the reportsby Steve - Game Time Forum
Love it!!!... but, Spruce is replaced by Harkey.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Ty Smith is a HOFer to be in my opinion if he keeps his pace.....and so is AD. But Cowboys wouldn't do it with Dak P being a centerpiece of the whole offense. IF the trade opened up, I would do it.....A LT is more impt than a DT/DE in a 3-4...and TY Smith is the best.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com

Warning: read only because of Game 4 implications- With Ezekiel Elliott's suspension set at six games, quarterback Dak Prescott will have to play on without his top running back. He completed 73 percent of his passes with Elliott on the field last season, compared to 60 percent with him off the field.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
AZ has a great cast. The Rams better than AZ would be a huge shock. Palmer is a great thrower, but those WRs do a lot, too....but, we are closing the gap. imo SF bad? Seattle: never thought Baldwin was good; still don't....but,he keeps catching balls.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
This article is very professional, well thought out, well placed quotes...wow, I am shocked. For me, outside of Peter KIng's writing, most all sports writing I read (only NFL) is really, really bad. So, what a nice surprise....thanks for posting! No matter our record 5-11 worst, 11-5, we have a coach who I will take over anyone---Bill is 65 ya know. We are 'set' McVay in 6 months: a) Wby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com

Alyo, Did you ever do a scouting report on Jordan....what makes him good? Thanks for your excellent input!by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
2001 was a great offseason too. We did flip it....2018 we are the best team in football if Goff and Sammy make it to where they are projected.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Excellent thanks. Many times a team with a new coach, see RIch Brooks 1995 Rams, things turn around with a blocked punt or a tipped ball..and so that Ram team started 5-1. Isaac Bruce was a surprise, and so was the Jet defense....and then reality hit with the mediocre O line and no other WRs stepping up, and the Jet defense got exposed. This 2017 team has a far below avg O line, that is the oby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com

Well, if Quinn isn't nearing his old Probowl status, we need A DOnald...by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
A person who uses particular words/ideas repetitively usually is showing what he or she thinks about him/herself---why? Because they are so aware of their own lacking that they easily attribute it to others. Psychologists say this, not me, so since I am not a psych, then I don't agree with that analysis. But, it sure seems interesting. LOL, the Goffer has more brains than 95% of the people onby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Every dog has his day. Can he beat out Pharoah Cooper and Tavon? Good thing they can stash Michael Thomas for 4 games....not enough space, now. Embarrassment of riches will be known by the NFL soon....by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
For the experienced Ram fans: THis "ufile" service takes 3 hours to dload per DVD; but, you can do 4 DVD downloads at one time. Each file is a DVD; you need to "unpack" the ISO file by using 'winrar' or '7zip' manager. 7 zip is free, just google it. It downloads in 30 seconds. Bruce was the last one who had this type of skill.....I love Torry Holt 1999-2006, but he couldn't move like Watkins.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
