What happened? Oh yeah, they finished 7-9. Queue up the excuses....by max - RamsFootballFans.com
I think Detroits pass D is so bad. Case had guys wide open all over the field, but to his credit he put the ball on them. Still, many of those balls were ugly. And that last one was inexcusable. All the Rams needed was a FG and Case soiled the bed badly with a bad rookie decision. Bottom line is that Keenum is an NFL QB, not a good one, but he can play in this league at some level. I guess some people think you're competitive if you are better than 13 teams and worse than 14. Cause that's what 3-3 is. To me that's not competitive its the same old 7-9 BS. Competitive is if you are among the those 14 teams, teams with better than average playoff chances. This is a mediocre football team. They aren't doormats anymore, like they were 6 years ago. So I guess that's whatby max - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills Yep that sounds about right. Overconfident coach, leads to overconfident players. If you treat Gurley like hes done it all and knows it all after playing 12 games its no wonder he regresses the next season You hit the nail on the head. Good poInt about a Fisher. I can't remember the name of the player, but he said Gurley can still get it back, he still has the talent, but it'll be next year. Maybe we'll get lucky and we get a new HC who knows what he's doing. Too bad Coughlin is so old, he'd be great.by max - RamsFootballFans.com
Well, it won't be this year, 43. And the LA guys are gonna be blasting him for the rest of this season. Then we get Kroenke announcing a Fisher extension? When is that gonna happen? What if they lose to the Giants? Will they announce it after 3 straight loses at the BYE? And what if, as I expect, they are hovering around 7-9 the rest of the season. Will they announce it then? Wrong again. We're done, though.by max - RamsFootballFans.com
It was said on ESPN radio by explayers. They said the LA move was a huge distraction for him, he lost weight unintentionally. He's not stronger or conditioned. He needs to dedicate himself next offseason. That's what was said.by max - RamsFootballFans.com
You don't even know what my point is.by max - RamsFootballFans.com
Yeah. That's why I've been pushing the LA guys to expose Fisher. Hammond said he was gonna write about the penalties. Pointing finger at Fisher. I'll say this, if Kroenke lets Fisher go at the end of the season, the football world will say, about fnin' time.by max - RamsFootballFans.com
You missed the entire point.by max - RamsFootballFans.com
It's a random game. Fisher isn't over .500 anymore so it could go either way. It's uncanny how he does that. He never wins less than 6 or more than 8. And that's competitive to Kroenke?by max - RamsFootballFans.com
It's been reported that Gurley was a fat cat in the off season, and he didn't report in the best shape. Not injury related, condition related.by max - RamsFootballFans.com
If Kroenke retains a Fisher after another failed season, I fear you're right. If Kroenke keeps Fisher next year, we will know winning isn't important enough to him.by max - RamsFootballFans.com
It's the same 7-9 BS that's been going on for 5 years now. Players change, coaches change, locations change, Fisher remains. It's the biggest joke in the NFL. There is no way Fisher should get an extension. I hoping the LA media exposes him for what he is and makes it very hard for Kroenke to keep him.by max - RamsFootballFans.com
Ha. You'll take any attention as a compliment. How about, you're ugly too? Lol The important thing here is to expose the BS going on here at this board with certain posters, and more importantly with Fishers 7-9 BS.by max - RamsFootballFans.com
Rich Hammond clears it up on twitter.... So no media people heard what Fisher said to players and players wouldn't share what was said. That clears it up for us.by max - RamsFootballFans.com
And his 7-9 BS. He's a broken record, we're just stuck playing it.by max - RamsFootballFans.com
It's mind boggling, really. I've come to expect these performances. Everyone not blindly optimistic does too.by max - RamsFootballFans.com
