Always find a way. Aren't we supposed to have super duper man as a cap guy?by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com

What a draft! If I'm Drew Brees, Im staying put. BTW...give them a TE and wow!by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
And Keenum's accuracy has been outstanding while he has been getting hit. Foles is only there because of Carson Wentz. Wentz got them to the position of home field. Bortles issue has always been turnovers. It's amazing it helps with winning. By the way, it will be interesting to see what Minnesota does in the offseason. I mean...Teddy Bridgewater may be a Cardinal!by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
And you should be hitting on more than not in rounded one. We compare ourself to the average and accept the average. Yet look at the perennial winners in this league...teams who draft at the bottom of rounds...they aren't average. And if they are, they consistently find Pro Bowlers...year after year after year. I think average sucks.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
Doesn't that mean his results should be better?by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
Why would the Steelers draft Schuester when they have Brown, Bryant and a powerful offense? Why? Because good teams continue to strengthen a strength. Baltimore did it for years in defense. They were the best but still used #1's to strengthen a powerful defense. New England used high picks on QBs even though they had Tom Brady. New England drafted 2 TEs in one draft Gronkowski and Hernandez.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
I think Mariota can develop more. And, I don't mind developing a guy who truly has flashed. He has games with 4 TD passes. That's no accident. My biggest question on Mariota is accuracy. Should he be improvising more? I don't know. But, if there is one position I have patience with it's QB. And, since he has shown promise, I think you find someone to put him in the best possible positionby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
Including picks in subsequent rounds where we were picking at the top of those rounds. Relative to our drafting position, he has done, to me, average. You should have solid players where we have drafted. But he has missed enough to give me pause.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
why people talk of all the talent we accumulated, we were at the top of the draft every year...except last year because we traded the pick. Snead should have collected a lot of talent. Snead blew some substantial picks. That's why I say he's hit or miss. I give him some credit for doing a good job on last year's draft, even though he drafted "another" project early on. I wish heby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
A bad hire at this time...IMO. How did LaFluer lead this team? McVay controlled Goff...Our other coaches Phillips and Fassel - 100% controlled the D and special teams. In one year this guy knows how to run the show? I think not. More seasoning required. I would rank this hire with a Boras hiring...just set up for failure.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
I really don't know how the relationships with Fisher and McVay affected Snead. But I will hold my breath. He can find a gem...he can look like an idiot. Let's hope he figures the early rounds out. I actually trust Snead more in free agency and trades.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
There is another option... Give him more money in form of bonus and extend the term of the contract to lessen the current hit. Take the hit in future years. That way you keep him and make it affordable. And if teams get the idea he'll be cut, we will be lucky to get a sixth rounder.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm certain that's the direction.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
If not...it isn't very bright.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com

We have no idea until free agency is complete. Your list will be completely different.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
any thoughts on that? We can see what the market offers Watkins and decide from there. Just another option.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com

on the cusp of a Super Bowl Championship...this year barely made the playoffs. The NFL makes no promises as to being good one year to the next...unless you're the Patriots.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
it's interesting...on offense, we need to show patience and let guys develop...therefore we don't need to do much since these players will get better. Yet, we have a number impressive rookie performers on defense and yet there is no cosideration that they will develop. (Johnson, Ebukum, Littleton). The thought is we need to go out and get a lot of guys. I agree with your premise about gettiby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
is secondary to guaranteed money. So...$15 million signing bonus...with $25 million guaranteed and $50 million over 4 years. I think $12.5 million is in line...more than some want but less than a tag amount.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
Add about $10 million. I'm guessing it will take about $50 million, $25 million guaranteed over 4 years.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
Arizona - they will get their coach and there are plenty solid free agent QBs out there. David Johnson will return and they still have Fitzgerald. Seattle - if they get help on the OL, find a RB in a deep draft, and enough guys come back from injury, they will be formidable. San Francisco - I think they writer just glossed over them. Lots of holes? They have gobs of cap room and lots of drby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
