Hey Dead, Thank you and always a great reference guide that I and many of us live for. Just outstanding. Quick question: I don't see Trey Benson in your list. I'm just an FFL guy but I think he may be better than most of the RB's in this draft. Your thoughts?by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
Exactly, you beat me to the quote. He didn't say that, he said a lot of people said it. Goff is a pro, he has never criticized the Rams outside of saying it was a "sour" ending and we already knew that and agree. I hope he continues to excel and I pull for the Lions every week except when they play the Rams.by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
Quoteroman18 the need some have to try and find the next what ever.....instead of seeing, enjoying, being surprised by an action or deed or whatever it must be replicated. It took over 60 years to do what Puka did and this guy is looking for the next one in the following year. Puka came out of now where, way over did anything even remotely thought possible and this guy has found another one?by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
I like Penix also but there are major concerns about him that is driving his value down. His multiple ACL tears, is he durable? He's very slender and may not be able to take much of a pounding in the NFL. He's left-handed so that poses a challenge for some teams to adjust their offensive blocking schemes. He's 24. So the potential for further growth and development is a concern as leasby Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
Two of my grandsons are brothers and the eldest would "daddy" his kid brother, telling him what to do, say, act....they would get into it and the elder, a ranked HS state level wrestler, would always win. Today, that youngest one is a US Marine and nobody, including his brother, bullies him anymore.by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
Looks like the Bills were really done with Diggs. They traded him, their 2024 sixth-round pick (No. 189 overall) and a 2025 fifth-round pick for 2nd in 2025. So they traded their star WR and 2 picks for a 2nd rounder. Good job, Texans, a 3 for 1.by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
I think Justin Tucker still owns the NFL record at 66.by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
If they can find a trading partner a couple or three picks before them in the 1st, I think they'll move up for Verse or Latu instead of risking neither being there at 19. If they can't find one, maybe try to move back for some picks and grab some DT/DE's then or later.by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
I agree, it's just like the combine except those at least judge athletic ability. A college QB can throw or they wouldn't be on their team. These are like high school try outs....wow, he can throw far and accurate. Every QB in the NFL has passed these tests. But there are so many nuances required of a QB (and every position) that these just confirm what we already know. Just watch their tape.by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRockRam The world is not as it was pre-social media. It used to be that someone could keep something they felt was private, private, with little ramification. No more. A person or an organization in the public eye no longer has the ability to declare "privacy" and just bury something the public has interest in. Information of some kind to steer the curiosity MUST be given or elby Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
I love the first two picks also although I will stick to my prediction that the Rams move up a couple spots in the 1st Rd. for Verse. I fear that neither he nor Latu will be there at #19 and I hope they feel the need for the edge rusher in that spot. Failing that, Snead may try to move down a few spots for Newton at DT. They have spent a year getting Zach Evans ready at RB and he has a lot ofby Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
I stand corrected. I obviously need to brush up on my Pacific islands geography.by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
Wilson reminds me of a slightly smaller and faster Puka. The same age but a couple inches shorter, a few pounds lighter and also with roots in Hawaii. He's a great route runner with superb hands that are actually larger than Puka's, open field moves and tough to bring down. Would love to see him in horns.by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
I agree, 43. Based on their past history of scouting and drafting WR's, there are only two that I saw pre-draft that I wanted them to select, Kupp and Nacua. I was excited for both but the rest were frankly, "meh". I would love to see them draft a larger guy but they just don't seem to find effective ones, they like the crisp route runners or speed merchants like Tutu, the latter not woby Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
Nobody really cares what one believes or thinks about something, it's running off at the mouth about it that creates the issues. Completely self-made.by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
I used to get confused between Jordan Cameron and Cameron Jordan. I'm still not sure which one is which. I must be getting better though since I know the difference between the Josh Allen's.by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
Hacksaw Reynolds would be under consideration by me too.by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
Excellent work, thank you! I pray that one of the big 3 edge rushers are there at 19. I love Ricky Pearsall at WR, he would be a great addition to the Rams roster. I also think Dillon Johnson will surprise some people. And finally, is there a better football name than "Steele Chambers"? Hopefully he can lock a few players up.by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
I still think Les will trade up for one of the big 3 edge rushers but that should only take 3 or 4 spots with a team willing to move down. A 3rd would be more fitting to use than a 2nd round pick. In order to move down, they will need a team that first wants to move up so it is tougher in the first round than later because of the cost involved. I doubt anything happens before draft day thoughby Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotestlramz (I see you Deacon but the lineman playing today are much difference then the dudes you were playing against). . My son and I get into these types of discussions all the time that so and so HoF player wouldn't make it in today's game. I respond that today's players will be viewed the same way in 20+ years after they retire.by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
I don't like it cuz I don't throw stones at birds...heh. But I suspect the Rams knew this was coming when they tendered Hoecht. So that mystery along with the AD dance video may have both been solved!!by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com

It's all cool, I was simply making a joke. I've seen speculation from several on the dance: he's retiring, he's being traded, the Rams just made a big trade... lol. Maybe he was dancing over the Kurl signing?by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
A poor guy can't even dance without somebody looking for a hidden reason? :laughingby Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
I see a trade up of a few slots to grab an edge. If I was a betting man, I'd put $1.00 on them doing this to draft Jared Verse. Turner will go in the top 10, Verse in the top 15 and Latu may be a medical risk if he actually makes it to 19. And I don't think Snead will take that risk. JMHO.by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
Trader Les may be looking to actually move up a few spots in the first to grab Turner, Verse or Latu. Our 1st and a 3rd could put them in a prime slot to ensure they grab the one they want.by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
Not sure what tender yet.by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
CBS has never been very good on NFL mocks and especially bad with fantasy football. Ok, horrible might be a better description. The latest mock on the33rdteam.com has the Rams trading down from 19 to 22 with the Eagles while gaining Philly's 3rd rounder (97) to select Cooper DeJean at CB.by Ramboni - RamsFootballFans.com
