Looking at the stats to be replaced is not what stands out to me the most in the absence of Aaron Donald. It's the number of players and schemes focused on AD is what concerns me. The ability to dictate or force certain types of coverages or assignments to handle AD created weaknesses or supply gaps in other areas. So can the new group of Verse, Friske, Turner, Brown, B. You know FISKE is one of the only DT/DE/NT defensive lineman that come even remotely close to Aaron Donald's 40 time. Donalds 40 is 4.68. Fiske is 4.78 only .1 off. The amount of time it takes to put pressure in part depends on how quickly you can get there. I think they have the toughest schedule out of any playoff team from this past year. That will make it hard to repeat but not saying they won't. As far as all the other factors, one of the things people rarely cite in running it back is that with all the injuries and lucking out plays, they fail to remember that everyone had those (the Bengals, 49ers, Bills, Patriots, Packers, whoever) andby k3 - RamsFootballFans.com

I am just sick of hearing the stories about how the Bengals this and the Bengals that! They lost! Just like we lost against the Patriots when everyone was saying we should have won! I would say that I never fell off the bandwagon. I'm a Ram fan. I endured Deiter Brock. I endured JohnHadl. I endured Everett. I jumped with Ferragamo! I gasped when Green went down and was in Nirvana when GSOT exploded. Then I crashed when Warner left for the Cardinals. I've always backed our QBs. This is what you were expecting from Admin (McVay/Snead). I agree. The way it was handled was poor. With this, you know players have feelings about it as well. Being the place where all the good coaches come from while at the same time reteaching and researching the field for new replacements in two areas where we had actually improved! The Loss of Holmes and Staley leaves me feeling fatigued and I feel like I'm falling into that place when Dieter Brock QB'd the Rams. My grandson who is a hereditary RAM Fan, approached me later in the evening to ask me what do I think of the RAMS!
