He does let teams off the hook, IMO. That was the worst thing about playing the Niners and Coach Walsh. They were not gonna give you anything or let off the gas.. Our Offense is the same thing every week...Under using the run and relying HEAVILY on 1-2 WRs. TEs almost seem like wasted Roster spots. McVay's style CAN be flashy and explosive but I really believe it does not help the health and abby Ramgator - RamsFootballFans.com
I think I mentioned it before...When I was in the USAF, I worked with a guy who was an Asst. Strength / Conditioning Coach for Arkansas State University. He told me that the workouts alone are damaging to Players joints. Add the massive size of these guys and very abrupt changes in direction and you have ticking time bombs. Contact is a whole other ball game. LATELY, we are seeing kids WAY WAY Wby Ramgator - RamsFootballFans.com
Recall those days of MNF?? Was there ANYTHING worse than hearing Dandy Don start singing that as the Rams were losing. And WHAT a feeling when we were winning?? I wish I could remember the game but I remember being a kid and he was singing that as the Rams were losing and it PISSED ME OFF! LOL That memory actually made me laugh last night when I was pissed.by Ramgator - RamsFootballFans.com
Seems like we are ALWAYS getting O line guys banged up. I have always heard that more injuries happen during pass protection. Even if it means punting after the first drive, I think it is so much more beneficial for US to dictate the LOS. Starting the game with 3 passes vs the likes of Detroit's D line simply got us rattled. I say smack em in the mouth. Let our O line guys get their joints warmedby Ramgator - RamsFootballFans.com
I remember the days.....even the 70s and 80s....when I'd cringe at road games vs TOUGH competition and crowds. Our Rams can play ANYWHERE and win these days, especially if healthy.by Ramgator - RamsFootballFans.com
Any idea how long we are looking at to get everyone back in the game?? I honestly lost track of who is hurt and what injuries.by Ramgator - RamsFootballFans.com
Last night, I was pissed about that 4th down call and simply not establishing the run game more. ESPECIALLY early. But like Rampage said, McVay was part of why we were in the game late. I'll be honest, when it was 17 to 3, I had to fight back from posting "IT'S OVER!" I tell ya...I was pissed when I crashed (TOO late last night) But this morning, it sunk in....... The Rams went on theby Ramgator - RamsFootballFans.com
I hope. Our O line needs a break after tonight. Damn! This game stings! I thought we had it for a bit.by Ramgator - RamsFootballFans.com
And have to be up at 5. LOL Still not as bad as that 2000 MNF loss at Tampa. I was so pissed that night, it was 3:30 AM before I crashed for my 2 hours of sleep. I think it was 4 AM after we beat the Niners on MNF in 85. I'm STILL wired from that game!by Ramgator - RamsFootballFans.com
This is a tough one to swallow.by Ramgator - RamsFootballFans.com
WTF moment by McVay, early in game, bit us in the back side. I also wish that SOME day, its the RAMS that set the tone for a game. It's always US that gets the living hell beat out of us physically. Starting the game with three passes is no way to set the tone. It was the PLAYERS that made this game close.by Ramgator - RamsFootballFans.com

They get one first down, kill some clock and THEN throw a pick six???by Ramgator - Game Time Forum
Pretty much killed the 4th qtr and we scored a TD. I think it was 15-16 plays.by Ramgator - Game Time Forum
When we are??? Look at just about EVERY Niner game. His style makes it EASY for the other D.by Ramgator - Game Time Forum
McVay's STUPID 4th down and then the 52 yard run. Other than that, yardage is pretty close.by Ramgator - Game Time Forum
We rarely are the aggressors. ALWAYS on our heels. ALWAYS pass protecting instead of charging. The D is playing...ok... but certainly not Earth shattering.by Ramgator - Game Time Forum
This is getting ugly. Out Coached and AS USUAL...pushed around.by Ramgator - Game Time Forum
Yeah. Been THAT long since the Rams had a RELIABLE TE!by Ramgator - Game Time Forum

I was watching a TV that was hardly 20 inches and with static in the back corner of my Sports Bar. I was not so naive to complain. It was a fun place....Where I saw the Rams beat Dallas in 92, on SEVERAL big screens that day! I remember opening day in 1994 in that Bar. I was with my late Girlfriend. It was the FIRST time she watched a complete NFL game. Rams beat the Cards 14 to 12 in a very dullby Ramgator - RamsFootballFans.com

1992....Among 30-40 Cowboys fans, the Rams shocked the hell out of the Dynasty Cowboys. There ONLY home loss in 1992. Cowboys fans went from friendly and sympathetic BEFORE the game to.....EFF YOU!! How many rings do YOU have??? LOLOL As I walked out, I turned around and yelled...WOOOOOOOO!!! HOW BOUT DEM RAMS!!!! Then came 1999....The big win vs the Niners. There were about 7-8 Niners fans inby Ramgator - RamsFootballFans.com
