he he has never lived up to the ridiculous hype pre being drafted. However if that's forgotten and just taken for what he has done, he seems like a solid run defender and I don't have stats to hand but remember reading he created more pressures/opportunities than show up in just sack numbers. So on Cleveland's line, I'm sure he's going to help make them better, just not superhuman HOF bettby OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com

It seems the Rams have meshed the analytics in the right way to help focus and back up what they see when watching players play football. For those that are interest here's a video NBC (Simms) discussing a piece in 'The Athletic' regarding the downfall of the Eagles and the possible way they used analytics!! Having now wasted more hours than I'd like to count at bedtime playing various draft simulation games...... (my wife just doesn't get it funnily enough!)..... There seems to be a whole load of players I'd love to draft in the 90 to 110 range; CB, C, T, DI, ILB, S, speed WR and the occasional edge, but most have gone and then some development types seem to gave value in 5th again.by OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com
I don't know, some team with cap space could be waiting! I'm sure I remember (but can't think of any just now!!) where a tendered player was signed to an offer right at the last moment.by OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com
I was wondering if Blythe might go somewhere else if all things the same as I got the vibe (just they way I read) the post Kromer posts especially from him.by OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com
Seem bonkers.. 2nd to 6th for: three 1st's and a 2nd (39th) Trade down 4 picks for more!by OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com
There's just something about him.... that i think with Shannon would be Really dangerous really soonish.by OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com
just imagine...... there would have been a cloud of doom from some that the $9ers got him ............................... only to be replaced potentially by a.... you traded Bosa, and 3x1st's or what ever!!!!by OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com
but I think what Merlin was getting at is the variability in the results we're seeing. You used to hear more about this in the past, with times coming in for players running on grass vs track vs fast tract etc. I know my self, on grass I used to run the 40 in a 4.45 to 4.5 range, while on the track in a 4.38 to 4.43 range. Not much of a difference, but posting a 4.3 anything gets peoples aby OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com

Dolphins just cut. Can't post link as it was on athletic website, no reason given yet for being cut. Apparently won't cost anything capwise as his behaviour in Tennessee void his guaranteed money and exchanged 7th rounders. From Googleby OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com
4 years $61m, 35m guaranteed Is he really that much better than JJ? Or did JJ sign too low?by OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com
The Cap looks like it will be increasing significantly (except maybe not as much as would be expected immediately due to Owners wanting to offset some of the losses??). So what does that mean for the Rams. To me it would suggest that we won't have to cut any players to avoid being over the cap and will no doubt have some extra change to dabble in free agency. But Teams with more cap space sby OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com
Did they know Gurley's knee was an issue?? Where they set on Goff still having the headroom to continue to develop? Should you trade big capital (1st) for a player on the last year of a contract (over a barrel in negations due to potential lost high draft pick) ? Don't know, but here's the thing with Demoff's plan of paying early and happy to set knee compensation levels too. He's said tby OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com

and then I saw your thread. I had been having nice day dreams of having Hudson in front of Stafford. Couldn't believe he was being cut (for no cap benefit or obvious performance reason) Could we actually get him!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooo As Rampage2K says we could have trade one of our 3rds (only two at present one to Detroit) and had a Pro-bowl readby OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com
he counts $8m against the cap this year and $10m next but can be cut before the season with no liabilities left. He's a good to very good run defender who can help collapse the pocket on the QB.... and occasionally get a decent rush going on the QB. But he is also a great team mate, a team captain type and natural leader by all accounts. All in all if you signed such a player in FA forby OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com

if the Rams didn't ask for a restructure in some way that did either lower his overall compensation or maybe decreased this years salary by increasing next years salary which wasn't guaranteed? or maybe they did just ask him for a reduction in overall salary?by OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com
The reduced Cap I assume much in play here. That contract seems pretty fair for a player of Johnsons ability signing his 2nd contract.by OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com
I hope that's what its all about.... because while I dont dislike Blythe, I want more, much more from our C. I'd love a true bully that can get after them 39ers DL abd impose our will on them!by OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com

sorry previous message sent from phone and it seems to cut off article?? We've all heard this kind of comment before, not so long ago!!! HC Culley 'on the roster “right now”. profootballtalk Officially, the Texans’ stance toward disgruntled quarterback Deshaun Watson is that they’re keeping him, not trading him. But that stance is starting to soften. That’s the word from Jim Trotteby OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com
Exactly, Snead loves these types and this year there is going to be pretty good pickings. If a Vet can only get low/average offers, we are one of the teams that can offer a chance to win, a nice place to live, a good culture to be in and exposure, all important for hoping to cash in properly next year assuming cap goes back up some?by OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com
Both starting T's, but both injured, possibly retiring. The blood bath some GM predicted is happening. Janoris Jenkins gone too... I really hope the Rams don't need to do too much of this! After what the superbowl showed this is an interesting one!by OzRam - RamsFootballFans.com
