same here, 50+ etc etc. if you're complaining it means it finally happened to you.. you're old and you just don't get the music of kids today, face it.. you've become your parents. culture evolves, if it didn't we'd still be listening to medieval music and wearing pantaloons. let the next generation have their turn.. ya' old farts (myself included). :lol

Earlier this morning someone posted the local sports radio station in SF, KNBR 680, so i tuned in for a bit of schadenfreude. When i was listening the two hosts were saying the Rams pumped in crowd noise in the 4th quarter (purely speculative of course :ROTF). Anyway.. i wasn't there so who knows but it seemed appropriate to mention in this thread.

Going to a Spurs home game in San Antonio vs the Lakers is difficult when a good chunk of the crowd is rooting for LA. It's an odd thing but perhaps fan loyalty developed long before the Spurs came to the NBA and has been generationally passed down. If the Rams don't get in the Super Bowl it guarantees an ugly uniform combination of the other teams. I can't stand watching Red on Red or Orange on Red uniformed games. We need a good Blue to contrast the Red uniform.

The Tunnel definitely falls in my top 10. The other that comes to mind, mainly because it's so weird, was the fake punt return against the Seahawks where Bailey scores the TD because all the Rams defenders faked the punt direction to the opposite side of the field where Austin did a great acting job.

Are you referring to the "Phantom Sack"? The magnitude of that game was a bit different, if i remember right it was the NFC Championship game. The Rams were blown out in that game anyway, so i don't put that one play on JE as the cause. I think he was unfairly treated afterwards.. i mean it was easy to be mad at him but it was a team loss. I definitely was mad at the time though!!

Remember the preseason game against Fisher and the Titans 21 years ago, talk about a revenge game plan for preseason (Post Rams SB victory). I think we lost by at least three TD's. Lots of blitzing.. oh Fish..

My Uncle was in the first graduating class at the Air Force Academy. I always pull for them and Army (where my father went). You're right, it's a tough up hill battle to the NFL for those colleges. My father has some great stories about his experiences playing football (he graduated in 1950). Too bad about Sivanic, i was rooting for him too.
