Likely in that order. Tankersely could have been a high second rounder coming out last year at CB. Mike Williams is coming off an injury but has #1 WR size and pedigree. Lawson is a beast DE that would have gone high second round this last year too. Montravious Adams is a high pedigree DT but hasn't lived up to his skill.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Normally I'd agree with it already being decided ... but we flooded the team with so many players that tonight will be twice the reps at least for those remaining. Everyone should get 3-4 opportunities minimum.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com

Spruce I have as on the team already ... so I won't even mention him. Cooper too. I have Marquez as a ST guy, so I'm not factoring him. How I have the rest sitting Quick McRoberts then .. Austin Hill Duke Williams Mike Thomas And they are CLOSE. McRoberts can return punts, that's a big deal. Quick costs 3.75 million ... that's a ding on him. These guys are going against the 2sby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Did I miss something? Bryan Stork also and Stephen Paea ...by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
I shied away from killing him ... he started off against the Broncos starters. That's just not fair. Lol After getting whipped like that his night was ruined.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
So ... this was our first road game, and for the youngsters, it REALLY showed. I was getting angry about the poor play until I realized it was their first trip on the rtoad as an NFL hopeful for many of them. I relaxed a bit when I figured that part out. Also? We were playing our 2 vs. their 1s and 3s vs. 2s ... so I don't take the loss as an issue at all. The Good ... 1) GZ naby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Wow, Alyo! You certainly saw a helluva lot in just one practice, man. You're hired! I just can't pass up this rare opportunity to pick your brains after you've seen a live practice. So, here goes... 1) Glad to read your take on Duke Williams. We are kinda desperate for a big, fast, strong WR that can threaten deep. I'm kinda hoping that he makes the 53 as our 5th WR. Heck, maybe we only carby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com

The safeties besides McDonald? They looked "late" ... late to the deep coverage and late in run support. But Bryant is my hopeful there. He's shown the most improvement.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
And he's not in the top 6 right now. At 3.75 million he's cut.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Besides the regular hijinks of putting my brother and I together in the heat (sun tzu) ... and the small crowd ... I'll tell you mainly that I saw what I expected. But moreso. This is not a full camp report ... just a Blinkscout report. 1) Duke Williams is going to make an NFL roster, and if it's not ours ... We're dummies. He had the best practice besides maybe Austin and Britt ... and Iby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
I see 6 + Marquez ... that's how I think of it, Specialists on STs ... But it may force Reynolds off the roster having an extra WR spot taken, especially since the nature-color twins (Brown and Green) are playing so darn well. The curious spot Im seeing now is that Troy Hill is likely pushing Roberson/Gaines (injury dependent) for 5th CB ... Jordan and Washington are likely PS kids.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
My choice would be to cut Quick and keep both Thomas and Duke. I just don't think they'll do that. Thing is, if you cut Duke, he is DEFINITELY playing someplace else unless he's cut for disciplinary reasons. Mike Thomas? Maybe not picked up. If I had to risk losing one I'd lose Thomas. Gotta catch the ball.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
This is a good question ... I think in cases of injury is where he'll be needed. Maybe two minute offense ...by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
(Hill and Marquez are both second years ... Hill was with the Eagles last year and I drafted him in my deep dynasty league) Besides Austin and Britt Quick Spruce Cooper Duke I think Thomas' drops may shake him mentally and Duke will take the advantage. I love Thomas though, so that's hard for me to say and I'm rooting for being wrong.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
That "don't make the final 53 .. they can "protect" zero. Any team can claim them off waivers. If a team does NOT claim them off waivers and we sign them to the PS ... then I think it gets more complex. If a team wants to sign them to their 53, and the players wants to go (I think that's a factor, he can refuse IIRC), then we have the option to "match" by puttiby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Ranking the rookies and 2nd years ... this is the closest group of rookies going for one position that I may have ever seen. Marquez ... I think he's safe, just a stud on STs and will make the team before Chase Reynolds IMO. Cooper is safe because of his kick returning, IMO. He may get outplayed by others ... but I doubt they'll cut bait on him unless there's a serious issue. Spruceby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
#9 is my boy Austin Hill ... he's a former Belitnikoff runner up who got injured and lost his draft stock completely ... in fact, of the guys you mentioned, I had all of them as possible 1st rounders going into their last years .. Duke, Hill, and North. all big, all with solid hands, all with swagger and attack. My guess is that given the number of WRs we have trying out we're going to rby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
I think given my view on a couple of his rushes that this may actually be true ... But he needs to do way better at not getting washed out in the run game ... Still very curious about how much juice Cam Thomas has .. and have no issues keeping 9 DL.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
I think Seau makes the PS unless he's a monster at special teams ... which he may be. Coples and Easley Have to outplay Longacre, and that's no easy task IMO.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com

This was a pretty well run pre-season game ... and I am more excited about the 4th quarter now that there are WRs scrambling to make the team and a competent QB getting the ball to them. The Great ... never used that in preseason before. 1) Spruce. Goodness. Well I was hoping for him to show a little, and he ended up dropping the whole show on us. Haven't spoken up in a while ... been busy. But it's about that time and I have a few spotlights to cast out before the games start. 1) Roberson ... Roberson was after Haden and Jenkins, before Hargreaves ... and was there during the brutal coaching change fiasco with Muschamp. He has the physical talent to be a starting caliber and even shutdown CB, so who is he this year and how hardby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Bowling Green has an underrated D line coach that gets a lot out of his kids.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
That's the huge thing, the option ... But as far as his play? I am kind of a weirdo ... He's a beast. A physical specimen and a monster. What I am okay with, even if he doesn't reach the all pro level we want? I want him to be average, with 5-10 plays a game where he destroys the defense. As in, I don't care if he blows an assignment every once in a while if on 4th and goal he driby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
My Brother Sun Tzu always nails my sigs ... he's a programmer. :) Stoneburner was there when the regime change happened so there were QB issues and chemistry issues on the offense moving to a different system ... as well as losing their bowl game for a year. He, if memory serves was 6-5 + and 245 with some decent wheels, but had an injury that made him slide to the back and almost offby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
