Bill O'Brien record with Texans 9-7, 9-7, 2-1 Jeff Fisher record with Rams 7-8-1, 7-9, 6-10, 7-9, 1-1 One of these coaches need to coach better. I don't think O'Brien is it. Go Fisher!by govane - RamsFootballFans.com
Here is his coachspeak... "He may start on Monday night," Fisher said of the Rams' Monday Night Football opener against the San Francisco 49ers in Santa Clara, California. "That's the goal. We understand the environment, believe me. He does. We've had lengthy conversations. If I had concerns about whether Jared could handle this, I wouldn't be talking about Jared right now. Quotezn And you think that's about Fisher? Why did Kelly trade him? Well his 2014 wasn't as good as his dismissable 2013 (I was dismissing the 2013 games back when they trade for him, they weren't sustainable and realism dictated that you see the difference between 2014 and 2013). Why did Fisher trade his franchise QB for Foles, and offer Foles a contract extension before the start of theby govane - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamBill Jeff Fisher reiterates that Rams will be patient with Jared Goff “What I’ve been saying since day one is we’re going to be patient with him,” coach Jeff Fisher told reporters on Sunday regarding quarterback Jared Goff. “Case is our starter. progressing, he’s getting better. Agree. I would even go back to Fisher's time with Titans. Fisher's career is littered with mediocre QB play, regardless of who's playing QB. Fishers Rams are a microcosm of Fisher's career. Mediocre QB play, bottom of the league passing offense, mediocre record. Fisher still thinks he can win without a passing game. And Fisher only had one playoff season and zero playoff victories wby govane - RamsFootballFans.com
Only 9 NFL head coaches have been with their current teams longer than Fisher. 7 of those have taken their teams to Super Bowls. The other 2 are division champs. Including Fisher, there are 10 currently active coaches hired from 2012 - 2014. Of those 10 coaches, only Fisher and Bradley have not reached the playoffs. 7 of the 10 were first time NFL head coaches. Of the 7 first time head coaby govane - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRampage2K- Quote73Ram Some times looking at history dilutes the ability to have faith. Looking at recent history should restore some of it, this team is getting better, not worse......Too much talent on this team to go 5-11 Actually. Technically. Record's wise. Stats wise. Fisher's best season is still his first season four seasons ago. In that sense, the team is getting worse.by govane - RamsFootballFans.com

Problem is you can't take those games away when the Rams were clearly outcoached. You also can't ignore the fact that Fisher teams during the past 10 years were always close to the bottom of the league in passing offense. The way I see it, this is on Fisher and not Foles. Just like I don't blame Gurley for going from a 6.4 yards per carry in his first four games to 3.9 yards a carry hisby govane - RamsFootballFans.com
Isn't it interesting though that Rams actually had a better QB rating than Cards in 2013 and 2014. Yet, Cards averaged 4 more wins per season than the Rams during same time. I would think it's more than just QB play. In my opinion, it's coaching. Arians > Fisherby govane - RamsFootballFans.com
