we didn't need a TD in 79.....you never know. :confusedby sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
it is also a fact that the Pats were down to their backup QB for the first four games, and it appears likely that they will have to finish off those last 2 and a half games with their 3rd string QB. I wonder how many teams are successful in that situation to start off the year? Meanwhile, the Rams remain committed to Keenum throughout the offseason, and they go out and get man handled while bby sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
obviously we aren't the Patriots...BUT, it seems very likely that their 3rd string QB will outperform our starting QB in year 5 of the JF regime. Sure you can list out all of the horrific injury problems and meltdowns that have happened to the Rams which are definitely relevant...... BUT the facts are facts.by sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
Sag it was great meeting you, ArizonaRamFan, Ewe, and Mrs. Sag. I had saw that you posted that you were coming, but I didn't know I would get meet up with you...it was a pleasure. And as always it was good to see James and Ramsrule along with their families. And of course thanks to Rampage for your generous hospitality!!! The place was absolutely electric!! It was actually kind of coolby sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
when Sag told me you were in town I was hoping to meet you...maybe next time buddy. Hope all is well with you and yours.by sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
for the report. Sorry you had to witness that, but it sounds like you made the best out of it. Glad to hear the traffic wasn't as bad...nothing worse than watching a pathetic Ram loss to the Whiners followed by sitting in the car for a hour and a half just get the 5 miles or so to the Bay Bridge, which I've done many times.by sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
This isn't just because they lost, it is because of the way they lost, against what is likely going to be a bad football team. What are your current thoughts on the loss and the coaching and play that went along with it?by sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
"I think last week was a fluke. That wasn't us. This week we're more focused and coming out at home ready to play" So this week the team will be MORE focused??? Statements like this are baffling to me. How can you be any less than 110% focused and ready when playing one of your biggest division rivals on MNF to open the season???? And judging from the performance, I think he is rby sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
my co-workers and neighbor were pumping up the Rams late last week and over the weekend, telling me that they were going to whip the Whiners. I adamantly said that I had a bad feeling about the game and told them that I'd take a win any way I could get it. When I got home from work before the game, I told my wife that i just wasn't looking forward to the game, as I thought it was a perfectby sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
no more crowd the line, single safety defense next week. Should be interesting to see how this Whiner team looks against an actual motivated and very good football team. If I was a betting man, I'd be taking the Panthers with the points (have no idea what the point spread is)...we should learn alot about them for sure.by sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
don't get me wrong, a win would be outstanding...but haven't we been down this road before. A big win against a very good team, which is followed by a stinker against a bad team. I'm thinking that we'd need to win something like 3 in a row or 5 out of 6 to help erase the STINK from that clunker of a game. Of course a win would be an excellent start towards that....by sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
Hard Knocks is even less of an excuse than the moving excuse. JF should be worrying more about his and his team's mindset and the so-called game plan going into that game than making weak, unacceptable excuses. Isn't that one of the biggest reasons that SK hired him in the first place, he's a good "mover"?by sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
The Whiners featured ONE safety for much of the second half, and I can't recall a single long throw. Press man to man with a single safety over the top, and we just kept throwing 3-5 yard outs and bubble screens. Once in awhile we got wild and crazy and ran a crossing pattern and thew it 8-10 yards down the middle, but that was pretty rare. Just as Young was saying towards the end of the game,by sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
on the moving excuse. If that is in fact what he said ( I'm not watching any of JF's press conferences this year, so I didn't hear specifically what he said), that is a very tired, weak excuse and is completely unacceptable.by sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
remember, "15 other teams lost" this weekend. Everything is under conrol nothing to see here.....:censored :confusedby sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
I won't watch a minute of the JF show this year, I just can't stomach it.by sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
Took him awhile but he finally understood the chant the Kansas fans were chanting...."SHORTS ON BACKWARDS!!! clap clap clap clap.."SHORTS ON BACKWARDS!!".....by sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
with 8 in the box pretty much the whole game, how many passes were thrown 20 plus yards downfield? Was there even ONE?by sacram - Game Time Forum
Run-Run-Pass behind the line of scrimmage-punt. I've seen this before.by sacram - Game Time Forum
The offense improves slightly to around 20ish but am unsure about the defensive changes, there could be some drop off there. We'll find out soon enough...by sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
But there are fans that are concerned that our future franchise QB that we gave up most of our last draft for, isn't going to be dressing on a team that is coming off of a season that they were dead last in the NFL in passing. Don't you think that is cause for concern?by sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
you seem to be calling all of us fans that are concerned that our number 1 stud QB is going to be in street clothes to start the season, the sky is falling types. Does this concern you? You seem very sure that there is nothing to worry about here...and you could very well be right. There is also the other side, where a few posters have already decided he was an awful pick and is a lock to be aby sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
are you happy that it appears that Goff will be in street clothes for the foreseeable future? Just wonderin....by sacram - RamsFootballFans.com
