looks to me like he's got more control and zip on the ball this week. At this point I think just a bit of 'nerves' maybe? Too pumped up? I think he'll be fine.by JamesJM - Game Time Forum

In my experience opponent fans nearly always arrive earlier.... and it can look 'one way' early and very differently once the game starts. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
KKKKRRRRRAAAAACCCCKKKKKKK.... Watching the Chargers right now... my grandson's favorite team. I told him "yeah, this will be ok until real football with the Rams starts this afternoon"... so he's smack talking me right now... I really have to get an appointment with stlramz to hone up on my smack talking skills... my grandson is kicking my ass right now. GO RAMS - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
This isn't about dementia itself.... we all know the tragedy that it is. Visited a friend who suffers from dementia, he is of my Dad's generation... a lot older than I. In his case the dementia was very rapid in onset... just a couple of months ago, the last time I spoke with him, I could only slightly tell that he was suffering any effects. Ok, to point... I read, and had been told, peby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
it's the vocals, the voices, that I just cannot come to like.... in fact, sorry to say, opera vocals send me screeching from the source. :laughing Opera MUSIC, on the other hand, I love.... as well as classical. There are actually quite a few albums of opera music sans the vocals... I have a few of them.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Currently I am watching a live feed of my oldest grandson's team's football game... WHILE... Tracking the Notre Dame game for my son-in-law by texting him updates... WHILE.... Tracking our youth football MM game... WHILE.... typing this message. Now if I can learn to juggle bowling balls while doing all of the above I'm going to audition for a gig in Vegas. - JamesJMby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub

big news huh? I only share that sentiment with 95% of the world. :laughing But I think I have an added incentive to dislike them... because.... The only year I felt the Pats were invulnerable was the year they lost to the Giants in the SB. :laughing IOW words... not only are they annoying, by winning so much, but I'm almost never right about them. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
in regards to mattress comfort. NOt in regards to sleeping, I've had insomnia my entire life... BUT... as far as 'comfort'. I can't tell the difference between a $5,000 mattress and a backpacking sleeping pad thrown out on granite.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Which brings to mind: Can you remember, (if it's happened), the age you were when you realized you had lost that feeling of invincibility? My first true injury occurred at the age of 33... and it wasn't horrible... a pulled hamstring.. BUT... it was my first 'big' injury and it perplexed me. HOW could that happen to ME? I was invincible. Well that hamstring pull did NOT convince me I wby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I don't, as a rule, go to watch my grandson's play while filled with terror about injury... some worry? You bet... maybe a lot... but never actually 'terrified'.... but terrified was exactly the case last night. We played an extremely good team... one of the very best in the California central valley. My grandson is a QB and our big weakness? The offensive line.. we basically don't have oneby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I know many here will say "yes" because he was in concussion protocol... and that's true. I read it as well... on the injury report "Concussion". But I never read anything at all definitively stating that. So I'm not sure if it was confirmed or if perhaps he was simply in concussion protocol, as a precautionary measure, or if it was confirmed.by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
even if quite embarrassing. :laughing BTW.. with my particular 'typo' I have evolved. All of those times I made that mistake and was misunderstood took place some years ago. the last few year's I simply gave up trying to explain... because, and in my memory without exception, an explanation NEVER ONCE worked. What I mean here is that I've given up trying to explain... the 'typo' continuesby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
what I'm about to explain has happened to me several times on this board, over the years. I make that typo and then someone comes after me assuming the 'typo' was exactly what I meant, when in truth what I meant is exactly the opposite of what I tried to say without the typo.... and here's the rub... no explanation from me can change their mind. I've been thru this several times. No explanatby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
the evidence is in.... and yet, I just can't give up on the idea that this SHOULD work... a QB who can run AND pass AND manage a game AND be a winner.by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm sure we all have some specific typo's we repeat time and time again... but mine is the worst. Just had to 'edit' a reply I made in another Pub thread because once again, for the gajillionth time, I made this exact same typo. Whenever... 90% of the time unbelievably, I use the word 'not' I don't. I leave it out... I can't figure it out... but talk about a BAD typo... making this typo compby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I have not met a ton of star musicians, but I've met several... and that 'love of wide variety of music' is MOST often the case... no matter which genre of music they specialized in. So much so... this from both 'stars' and just regular folks like me... that I think the majority, and by a good margin, of actual musicians ARE quite appreciative of ALL genre of music. I mean...
