Makes sense CHL. Bad qb play makes a difference in enjoying a good football game. Ever try watching a highschool game? It's a pretty bad experience. Same principals apply for college and the NFL to some extent.by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
Just want to say thanks Deadpool for doing what you do to catch us not so draft knowledgeable posters up to speed. Your contributions regarding the draft are priceless on this board and you deserve acknowledgement for it. Really saves me alot of time whatching colledge football over the years and now I tend to just hope we get the players that you target for us. Nice screen name, btw.by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
My only question is, why is Hatfeild still on this team? He was pretty bad last year and we have crazy depth there now.by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
I somehow think that we could package some #4s and get back into the third and end up with 2 third round picks. It only takes one other team to tango.by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
Absolutely. I love Sammy but Cooks is the real deal too, if not more. I had Cooks in fantasy this year and he was solid almost every week. I liked him more than Woods before last year and Woods certainly had his awesome moments with us. I don't see any reason why Cooks can't put up the same numbers Sammy had last year. I know about the red zone TDs Sammy had but I think Cooks willby Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
I'll have whatever your friends drinking! It's always happy hour somewhere.by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
It has been nice. But not at the expense of losing other free agents. Allen hurns is off the market now and he was my second favorite Watkins replacement. If the nose tackles start to come off the market and we haven't signed Sue yet I'm going to be really angry!!by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
Wow, that's who I wanted this whole time. I'm not happy.by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
I hope we don't play the Cards until something like the fourth or fifth game of the year. By that time, Bradford will not have the luxury of feeling as good as he did in March, when he signed with them. He should start to slow down, like he always does, by then. You never know, any given Sunday, so I prefer the fourth or fifth to be on the safe side.by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
I love Sammy Watkins but I'm starting to get the feeling that we are going to come away with someone such as Mike Wallace as his replacement. Wallace can still fly and stretch the field. He had a few over 50 yard plays last year and the Rams seem to be in win now mode so a veteran receiver trying to win a ring kind of fits. Maybe I'm just pumping myself up for the eventual letdown of losinby Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
Very sad day to learn of his passing. He was one of the originals and I will miss him. :(by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
Seems very familiar to what the Chiefs were thinking when they let MP go. I think this is just piling on to the Chiefs and kicking them a bit for making a crappy trade. A 4th and a second for a top 5 player at his position? Sounds familiar. :)by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
I was at that game with my mom. It was her Christmas present to me that year. I was 19 at the time. Before the half, it seemed like I was getting a lump of coal. After the half, my actual present started kicking in and it felt like a Christmas miracle that we won the game!by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
QuotePHDram So no player develops after their rookie year? Please ..This argument is so tiring. Players all over the NFL start slow as rookies and come on as 2nd and 3rd year players. Ust because he can name some who havent doesnt mean nobody does. The simple fact is that Everett was not ready for a larger role. In fact given where he came from it would have been surprising if he had. Maybe he dby Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
The Rams, Seattle game was the high point of the season for me. We really hit our Apex of the season in that game. :) Does anyone have an extra copy of the game? Is there a way to watch/download it online? Someone posted how to download it awhile back but it was going to take too long to get it downloaded and I'm using a desktop at the library and I was getting timed out. If we lose Sammy, would Jarvis Landry be a fit? He's an ufa I think. Might not be a bad replacement.by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm happy for the Bengals. This win over the Ravens looked like the big win that this franchise has needed for years. Unfortunately, they needed it about four years ago when it looked like they might finally be a team that was ready to contend.by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
The only thing I'm surprised about is that nobody is talking about if Hill is going to be ok enough to play next week against Atlanta. He suffered a concussion in this meaningless game. Peterson is a far drop off from Hill from what I have seen. Going into war with Peterson out there against Ryan is something I don't want to think about.by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
Yes, whatever happens it looks good for the Rams and their fans going forward. The team looks like it has a clue with this staff and the talent on the field is young and impressive. It's the exact opposite feeling that Arizona and Seattle fans are feeling. Those teams are old and in flux now. Unfortunately, the Niners look like they will be in the mix and our main competition for the dby Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
Happy New Year to the Herd Ramily!!by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
I know Everett stunk it up yesterday but again, I think his second year will be much better. Higbee was aweful last year with pretty bad QB play as well. People were saying the same things about him and that we needed to draft another because he's garbage. Now, he looks like a pro TE and the negative chatter is mostly silenced about him. He looks like a totally different player. I wouldby Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
If they lose Tru, I think our first round pick goes CB. I know the group of CB available aren't as great as last year but I don't want to over pay for a FA corner.by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm not sure that Quick would have amounted to much more than he has. He Always had bad hands and that's something very hard to correct. II remember alot of big drops in crunch time late in games that he could have made a real difference if he could have made the catch. The shoulder injury didn't help his cause but it seemed to me that he was not a clutch performer when it mattered.by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteMamaRAMa Kupp caught the TD (where he landed on his knee) with 11:51 left in the 4th qtr. He DID play in subsequent drives after that. Thanks for the confirmation. I feel better now!by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
Ok, that's what I thought. Thanks!!by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
I just read that Cupp agrivated his bum knee that he has been playing with on the TD pass to beat the Titans. He didn't practice yesterday. Could anyone confirm if he was still in the game after the touchdown? If he was, it might not be such a big deal. Thanks!!by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
I thought the Rams were getting a home game no matter what? Now, there's a chance they won't?by Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteThe Professor Deal with the second round opponent when we get there. I think it is easier to get past Seattle or Atlanta than to beat NO again. So, if we lose to SF, does that mean we would play Seattle/Atlanta? Sign me up for that. I feel better facing a depleted Seahawks team and an Atlanta team that has Ryan and Jones out of sink lately. I also like the way the Rams came out of tby Killrazor - RamsFootballFans.com
