Hold on! I meant to say 8TDs, not 3! (Crap - it's too late now ...)by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Has anyone heard what the starting OL will look like today?by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I'd love a win, but at this point I'd be thrilled with 3 TDs from the offense regardless of the outcome. (I hope I've set my expectations low enough ...) GO RAMS!!! KKKRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKK!by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
The Rams may attempt more downfield passes against the Saints, meaning the OL is going to have to hold off the rush longer this week. (And I mean 'hold' in the best way possible :spintounge ). The Rams attempted one pass downfield until the last few desperation throws - that dump-off game plan the rest of the game certainly made it easier on the OL.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Same to you, Jimmy. (And to the rest of the Herd as well.)by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
11 year career, 95-81 record (including 12-4 twice). Under .500 3 times in 11 years (4-10 once, 5-11 once, 7-9 once). Made playoff 5 times, 5-4 record in the playoffs, 1 Superbowl win. (If I could have that over the next 11 years I think I'd take it ...)by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
The Rams defense and special teams seem to be holding up their end of the bargain. Does anyone have a feel for whether Gruden would keep Williams or Fassel (or both)? If not who is he likely to bring in? (And who would his OC be?!?)by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Fisher doesn't even have to be fired. His contract is up at the end of the year so he can simply finish up the season and then he and the Rams can simply go their separate ways.,by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
C'mon, kid - give us hope!! Go Rams! KKKRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKK!by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
That would work for me. The horns were bigger then, too: that's the right size regardless of the color.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
If the Rams get a 3rd round comp pick for JJ that pick will go to the Titans as part of the Goff trade. (Note: if the Rams don't get a 3rd round comp pick next year they have to send their own 3rd round pick.)by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I think inserting Goff into the line will eventually help both the passing game and the running game ... but I don't think it'll happen right away. I can see teams still coming out with 8 or 9 guys in the box and daring Goff to beat them. And I can see Boras/Fisher running Gurley into that wall trying to prove that they are still a run-first team ... until they build their confidence in Goff.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
"BTW, the Ram coaches are instructing the OT's to ignore the DE on Gurley interior runs." There's a gif that shows GRob passing on an opportunity to block the guy who makes the stop ... but the article doesn't say GRob was coached to do that. Are you drawing on something you read in a different story?by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Facing a blitz is one area where Goff's college experience will come in to play: apparently he was quite effective when under pressure.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
The Jets went 3-and-out after that punt and I think the Rams picked up 30 yards of field position on the exchange of punts. Maybe more ...by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

Gurley currently has 515 yard rushing. If he averages 70 yards a game over the last 7 games he'll have 1,005 yards. Has anyone ever had a 1,000 yard season without having a 100 yard game?by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
They'll let Keenum go (and get a 3rd round comp pick in return) and go with Goff and Mannion next year.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Thankfully Keenum is a FA after this year.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Higbee has been targeted 14 times this season and has almost as many drops (2) as he has catches (3). Only 3 players in the league who have been targeted at least 10 times have a higher drop rate than Higbee.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Forecast right now: sunny, high of 53 degrees, 0 percent chance of rain. (Yes, I am the good news guy this morning.)by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I think I'm the last one: I guess I'll turn out the lights ...by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

The Rams have Cooper, Spruce, and Thomas plus McRoberts on the PS plus North on IR - all rookies this year - behind Britt & Quick (in addition to Austin & Marquez). Maybe the Rams acquired those 5 rookies in '16 in anticipation of Britt and/or Quick walking after the '16 season. (Seems possible knowing that it takes most WRs a year to develop, especially guys picked in the 4th & 6thby AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm also attending the Jets game ... with my Ram-fan son and 3 of his Jets-fan friends. (I'll try to go easy on the Jets fans on the ride home ...)by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Funny you should ask: I just copied this from PeoriaRa's post: MARCUS ROBERSON, Buffalo CB Played in 25 games with 6 starts for St. Louis Rams in 2014-15, but didn't survive first training camp in Los Angeles. Signed to Bills' practice squad following Rams release, and was promoted to active roster Week 8. Participated in 2 plays on special teams vs. New England.by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I left Spruce out because he was a FA and your post was titled '2016 draft a bust?' so I thought you were talking about only the picks. In any case he's in the same boat as the late round WR picks. The best of the WRs in any draft typically take a while to develop; personally I would think a 4th or 6th round pick (or a UDFA) would take even longer ... and have only a slim chance on average to eby AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I think the Rams will get a comp pick for Keenum when he moves on, maybe another for Britt if he signs elsewhere, too. Maybe a 3rd and a 5th?by AlbaNY_Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
