Shula is the biggest unknown at this point. He has all the theory but hasn't been battle tested. He has a lot of youth to work with, not sure if that's good or bad. Much may come down to veteran leadership on that side of the ball, and with AD, Fuller & JJ all gone, I'm not sure who steps up. Jones likely, one of the new DB's possibly. QuoteJimYoungblood53 I just have to think he has skills that are superior to Roze, Hummel and Reeder ... I find Rozeboom to be an enigma. He's not all that good, but he makes just enough plays to justify his salary/roster spot.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
It felt to me like a tactical move when there were a bunch of pre- draft rumors of us making a move for a QB. If he (or his agent) weren't thinking he might get cut, then what difference will it make if his salary is guaranteed or not.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
Interesting that he doesn't see Kendrick's making the roster.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm curious what the return is, with player income tax, food & souvenirs, ticket tax, tourism, etc. plus whatever outside events get booked. There had to be a reason why Stan wanted to be an owner. The guy doesn't deliberately take financial losses.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm not a good judge, but it seems like the Cards helped themselves a lot. The Seahawks & 49ers picked up some decent talent but as a whole didn't elevate their rosters significantly.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com

Only negative I see is we still lack a way to keep opposing defensive backs honest. We don't have a field stretcher at WR (who we throw to), or a breakaway running back. What's to prevent defenses from crowding the line and cheating their safeties up? We've got bangers and pattern runners. A great way to control the clock but it's going to lead to a lot of nail biters.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
My niece briefly dated this guy when he was at Colorado State. He spent 4th of July with us one year. Nice guy with a great sense of humor.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
Wondering if at 235 lbs they might consider moving Hampton inside. We suddenly seem to have a glut of Edge.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
Feel "meh" on this one. Would have liked to have seen a punt returner instead of Skow Jr.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamsdude QuoteNewMexicoRam Before someone else does. I bet they already have their eyes on a kicker either as a UDFA or from the UFL. Either way, we will have plenty of options to choose from! :beercan You would think so, but they bungled replacing Zeurlein and they bungled replacing Gay.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamsDynasty Quote3030 In no particular order; - wide body DT - developmental OG/C - WR/KR - PK I might swap out a better than UDFA off ball linebacker for coverage and special teams instead of the developmental OG/C. I can see that too. Just trying to get a backup for Avila.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com

Depends on your monster I guess. My take is that McVay isn't looking for game changing yards from his backs, say like Faulk or Jackson. He wants stumpy pile drivers who can get those tough 2 -3 yards for the first or the Td.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
Funny, that was the first thought I had as well! Haven't we drafted this guy two or three times before? I expected someone with more size. But it sounds like he's a baller, so here's to a 2 headed monster at RB.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
If this off season has shown us anything it's that Snead will overpay for a guy he wants. Be it a free agent TE or a rookie DL. Price was high, but if it pays off all is forgiven.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com

Quotesix2stack QuoteRam_Ruler I'd toss Fiske into the pile. I would like that too, but I think the Rams will go offense. WR then? Can't see another offensive position at this point. (Though I often miss the obvious)by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
What's nice is they won't have the cap damage an Edge commands for another few years.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
Agreed. I'm guessing there will be an early run on CB's. Still a couple of worthy WR's and a few OL. A decent DL hopefully falls to us. Kris Jenkins sounds right.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotemtramfan Snead by himself: Hidden draft gems, trades that bolster the roster. Coaches and scouts: Valuable input, but when stuck on a player, splash and bust. McVay: Speedy little wideouts. McVay didn't draft Tavonby 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
Early-mid 80's I'd set the VCR in the morning, come home from high school at lunch time, fast forward through the commercials for the offical helmet phone, see the (maybe) 10 picks that were made, reset the VCR, return to school.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
Not the way I'd play it, but how i think it will go. Fautanu: This off seaspon has been all about the OL and not getting bullied on the line. I don't think we're committed to AJ for the long term and don't want to pay starting LT salary to him come next year. We'll take the comp pick Also, we had a private meeting with Fatanu. Jenkins: We miss that Michael Brockers/Ashawn Robinson type oby 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
I wouldn't put much stock in these pre-draft visits. In 2023 they are reported to have met with 35 players Only one was signed/drafted: Desjuan Johnson I can't find a list for 2022. In 2021 the only visits I can find are with Tutu and Jacob Harris in 2020 Van Jefferson, Brycen Hopkins & Terrell Burgessby 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
I so wanted the team to draft this guy, and I was so pumped when we actually did. In my mind he was the heir to Jack Youngblood! Then dreams met reality .by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
When your QB's are Ben DiNucci & Jarrett Stidham, and you probably don't have a chance of moving up for one of the top guys in the draft, I guess you are open to trying anything.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
I get the impression that while Coach Blackburn may be good with coverages, as a former LB maybe coaching kicking isn't his strong suit.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
You gotta think we don't have room for 11 rookies, especially that many 6th rounders. (Though with Snead his 6th round picks may be better than his 1st rounder) We're got a lot of draft equity to play with for this year or next. I'd expect some trading to happen.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
Didn't Spagnulo try this with the Rams as well? Don't remember it meeting with much approval.by 3030 - RamsFootballFans.com
