Wow was I a mess!!!!!

That red shirt.....I still have it. But I can't really wear it because it doesn't fit very well. That pic just jolted me because I remember the stress I was living with. I actually lost another 8 or 10 pounds from what you see there as I hit the bottom. Holy cow I was wasting away. Seriously I am shocked looking at it and knowing I got even lighter.
