I interviewed for another job this past Thursday....If I get it I'll be taking a pretty significant pay cut for the first 3 months during the training...For the next year after that it'll be a slight pay cut....But when I top out in 4 years be making a nice chunk more than I do now & the benefits are slightly better than I have now plus nice bonuses every year...
I'll have to beat the odds to get this because they are interviewing around 50 for 10-15 jobs, but so far I've beat them...they picked 90 apps out of over 1000 to test & then only around 50 made it to through that.
If I do get the job probably won't be able to afford making HERDfest this year....Bittersweet
