Don't look at Liam Coen for help. He's already admitted to just taking the Offensive Coordinator job so he can move on to an HC job in the NFL. He doesn't even have to do much of anything to get one. Just being on the payroll and breathing the same air as Sean McVay is pretty much all that's been needed for the others who have moved on.

However.... if THIS keeps up... will that still be the case, I wonder?
