He’s not a complete coach. He can’t handle physical teams. You’d think he’d diversify and have Snead draft/sign player that just play tough football on a consistent basis and let the chunk play mold be shelfed every now and then.

But the way this team is constructed, there’s no well to draw from when you need those players.
