Perkins has room to grow

I love what Perkins does with his legs
I like what Perkins doe with some of his decisions

But he needs to work on those passes.
He targets the receiver with his eyes too quickly, giving DBs a head start.
His throw to Harris 2 pointer was over his head, and he underthrew Atwell on a play that was intercepted (triple coverage no less).

Kids young, and he'll get better. But he's not a finished product just yet IMHO
