When They lost both their QB's so Tupa the punter (was P/QB at Ohio State) had to play. But Parcells could activate his emergency QB (Mirer I think) only in the 4th QTR if he wanted Tupa to still be able to play (punt).

Is there still a rule like this that lets us call up an emergency QB?
