We loose at the line of scrimmage

On both sides of the ball. On defense we are getting zero pressure, they are running through us like turnstiles, and to top it off the Cowboy receivers are running free. But the Rams are just getting manhandled. Why? Is our defense really that weak? I didn't think so which is why I don't understand. On offense we can't run (we are getting stuffed) and we can't protect very well.
