So does Wade Phillips appear to be a better Defense Coordinator than he really is because he's got a roster full of talent? Or is it that he has a roster full of talent who just aren't living up to that talent, i.e., they're not executing? I'm asking because he never seems to make the needed adjustments that WE think are necessary to stop the offense.
