the Rams' personnel is not suited to it, and by the time they have the players in place, Wade Phillips is going to be ready to retire. Who's going to coach it after Phillips? We're almost back to where we started. From not enough offense to support the defense, to not enough defense to support the offense. All on one offseason. Crazy stuff.
