Yep!! The 3rd and 4th quarters are typically full of 5th stringers and not too many people care. Why they would make everyone watch the second half of the Ravens game instead of the Rams game makes no sense. In the regular season, it would make sense, but not preseason. At least in the first quarter of preseason games, you may get a glimpse of some actual starters and highly thought of rookies.
