My granddaughter did. 3 columns titled "Expensive" "Cheaper" and "Stocking Status". All on a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet.
Each column has 20 rows. There are 'footnotes'. It's color coded and the individual cells are bordered in Red and Green.
I had to scroll down to row 15 before the $ was even semi-reasonable. I questioned her about that... she replied, "Hey, it's a WISH list". I had no counter argument.
When I was a kid we didn't write to Santa... couldn't afford paper and pencils. We got one verbal 'wish' which we never received because we weren't smart enough to temper our gift wishes to something actually affordable.
