because I need an experts opinion. Watching Portugal vs Ghana... I like Portugal but I think Ghana just got ripped off.

Can someone explain that penalty kick the awarded Portugal to me? I thought it was cut and dry a penalty against Portugal but no.. they give them a penalty shot.
