I saw ELP on the - I think - Trilogy tour…

I wasn't a huge fan of their music, but Good Lord could they play.. Emerson was flat out amazing with his head over heels rotating piano and Palmer, the drummer was a blur.. he had a light inside each drum that would briefly light every time he hit that drum.. the light sin those drums was OFF THE CHARTS cool.. give someone an epileptic seizure..

..and the artwork for Brain Salad Surgery - done by Hans Ruedi Giger who is probably my favorite artist.. He also did LP artwork for one of my favorite guitarists, Steve Stevens, solo LP.. Great stuff..
