Just a sad / @#$%&*** day for me!

First, I hear of the passing of an old Girlfriend who passed just over 7 years ago. Then my Wife finds out her Boss' Daughter, age 32, passed after a almost life long battle of Depression, Bipolar and Anorexia and then I hear of the plane crash of WWII birds and loss of life in Dallas. Just a crappy day and a reminder that the Rams woes just are not that important.
