My Phone essentially tore into two halves back in May because the battery was defective. It expanded to the point of splitting the phone apart..... I went to an AT&T store and dealt with a $^&%%$ CAR SALES lady who sold me another. ALL I waanted was a replacement phone and MAINTAIN the same phone bill. FIVE EFFING months later, I have to make call #3 to AT&T because my bill is STILL about $20 over. Last month, it was $67 over. The month before??? $140!!!!!! The Sales Bimbo added insurance I did not need, a phone line we don't need and even a HOUSE WIDE coverage plan that was supposed to be a discount,,accourding to the lady I chatted with two months ago. SOOOO...Three weeks ago, I told ANOTHER AT&T person...SCREW the payment plan. I will give my credit card number and we will pay the damned phone off and I want my bill BACK to last April. Paid the phone off and........................... Gotta call those MORONS aaaaaaaagain tomorrow. Been an AT&T customer all my adult life. My Parents used AT&T for our phones. I am VERY close to dumping them and their crappy games.
