Regarding Lupus, the thing I ALWAYS hear in a diagnosis is Fibromyalgia.. every diagnosis comes in as Fibromyalgia.. Which is the "go to" diagnosis for most pain issues, right behind arthritis.. I don't think I've been diagnosed with Lupus, before, but have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and arthritis probably 50 times each..
